«Մուսալեռ» հյուրանոցային համալիրում տեղի ունեցած սպանության գործով մեղադրյալ է ներգրավվել

 Հունվարի 6-ին «Մուսալեռ» հյուրանոցային համալիրում տեղի ունեցած սպանության դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջանակում այսօր որոշում է կայացվել 31-ամյա Ա.Բաբայանին ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 4 հոդվածներով որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավելու մասին:

Ինչպես  տեղեկացին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեիդեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետկապերի բաժնից՝  նախաքննությամբ ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ 2016թ. հունվարի 6-ին ժամը 00:20-ի սահմաններում, Արմավիրի մարզի Մուսալեռ գյուղի տարածքում գործող «Մուսալեռ» հյուրանոցառեստորանային համալիրում մի քանի երիտասարդ կոպիտ կերպով խախտել են հասարակական կարգը, հայհոյել համալիրի աշխատակիցներին, բռնություն գործադրել համալիր ի աշխատակիցներ Վանուշ Խաչատրյանի և Սմբատ Խլղաթյանի, ինչպես նաև՝ վերջինիս կանչով համալիր եկած Արմավիր մարզի Տարոնիկ գյուղի բնակիչներ Արամ Կարապետյանի ու Արմեն Խլղաթյանի նկատմամբ: Նախնական քննության տվյալներով` վիճաբանության ընթացքում դրա մասնակիցներից մեկը` 31-ամյա Ա. Բաբայանը, իրեն կարգի հրավիրելու` Սմբատ Խլղաթյանի դիտողությունից վրդովված, սեփական անձի «առավելություններն» ընդգծելու մոլուցքով բռնված, իր մոտ գտնվող հրազենով կրակել է Ա. Կարապետյանի և Ա. Խլղաթյանի ուղղությամբ: Փախուստի դիմելիս ատրճանակն ուղղել է նաև Ս. Խլղաթյանի Ուղղությամբ և փորձել կրակել, սակայն իր կամքից անկախ հանգամանքներում, մասնավորապես` ատրճանակը խափանվելու հետևանքով հանցագործությունն ավարտին չի հասցրել:

 Ստացված հրազենային վնասվածքից Արամ Կարապետյանը մահացել է, իսկ Արմեն Խլղաթյանը հրազենային վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել է Երևան քաղաքի թիվ 1 համալսարանական հիվանդանոց:

 Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համակցությամբ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչության ՀԿԳ ավագ քննիչն այսօր որոշում է կայացրել՝ Ա. Բաբայանին ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 258-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով, 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 10-րդ կետով, 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին և 10-րդ կետերով և 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավելու մասին: Նույն օրը միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել դատարան` նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կալանավորումը կիրառելու վերաբերյալ: Հանձնարարություն է տրվել ոստիկանության համապատասխան ստորաբաժանումներին միջոցներ ձեռնարկել Ա. Բաբայանին և միջադեպի մյուս մասնակիցներին հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ:
