Վրաստանի վարչապետ Իրակլի Ղարիբաշվիլին վստահ է, որ նախկին նախագահ Միխեիլ Սաակաշվիլին վերադարձել է հայրենիք, որպեսզի պատերազմի և Ռուսաստանի դեմ «երկրորդ ճակատ» բացելու հող նախապատրաստի, գրում է ekhokavkaza.com-ը՝ հիշեցնելով, որ Սաակաշվիլին Վրաստան է վերադարձել 2021 թվականի սեպտեմբերի վերջին, իսկ Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինն Ուկրաինա է ներխուժել 2022 թվականի փետրվարի 24-ին։

«Նրա (Սաակաշվիլիի) միամիտ հաշվարկներով՝ պետք է լիներ հեղափոխություն, արյունահեղություն, իշխանության բռնի տապալում, ընտրությունների խաթարում։ Այս ժամանակահատվածը միանգամայն համընկնում է այն ժամանակաշրջանի հետ, երբ արդեն սկսվել էին խոսակցությունները, և մենք մեր գործընկերներից տեղեկություն ունեինք, որ նոյեմբերին կամ դեկտեմբերին (2021թ.-խմբ.) Ուկրաինայում պետք է սկսվեր պատերազմ, որը, սակայն, մի քանի ամսով հետաձգվեց, այսպես կոչված, Ռուսաստանի և Արևմուտքի միջև հաղորդակցության պատճառով: Ես պատահական չեմ նշել այս շրջանը, այն համընկնում է Սաակաշվիլիի գալու հետ՝ իշխանությունը տապալելու, հեղաշրջում ու հեղափոխություն կազմակերպելու մտադրությամբ։ Եթե սա կապենք մի քանի ամիս անց Ուկրաինայի կառավարության հռչակած նպատակի, նրանց գործողությունների հետ, ապա պարզ է դառնում, որ նրանց խնդիրն էր երկրորդ ճակատ բացել Վրաստանում։ Կարծում եմ, ոչ մի ողջամիտ մարդու մոտ կասկածներ ու հարցեր չեն առաջանա, որ Սաակաշվիլիի այցի նպատակը Վրաստանում պատերազմի մեկնարկի համար հող ստեղծելն էր։ Իհարկե, այս ծրագիրը ձախողվեց, պարտվեցին մեր երկրի ներքին և արտաքին թշնամիները»,- ասել է Ղարիբաշվիլին՝ ելույթ ունենալով խորհրդարանում:

Ավելի վաղ Վրաստանի իշխանություններն արդեն հայտարարել էին, որ Սաակաշվիլիի վերադարձը Վրաստան կապված է Ռուսաստանի դեմ «երկրորդ ճակատ» բացելու ծրագրերի հետ։
