«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
akcent.site-ը «Փաշինյանի խաղը. Հայաստանը ցանկանում է ստանալ հնդկական ներդրումներ և ռուսական շուկա» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Հայաստանը նոր դաշնակից է գտել՝ Հնդկաստանին: Հնդկական փողերով Երևանը ցանկանում է դեպի Ռուսաստան զուգահեռ ներմուծման համար տարանցիկ առևտրային միջանցք ստեղծել: Հայաստանը վաղուց է մերձեցել Հնդկաստանին:
Հնդկաստանի ԱԳ նախարարը 2021 թվականի համաճարակի պայմաններում եղել է Երևանում, իսկ մեկ տարի անց էլ Հայաստանի ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանն է Նյու Դելիում հանդիպել վարչապետ Նարենդրա Մոդիին։ Իսկ հետո հնդիկ և հայ նախարարները զրուցել են Նյու Յորքում։ Եվ հիմա Հայաստանը փորձում է իր կողմ թեքել թուրքական արտահանման դեմարշը։ Նա առաջարկում է նոր առևտրային ուղիներ ստեղծել՝ շրջանցելով «անվստահելի» Ադրբեջանը։ Ապրանքները կլինեն Հնդկաստանից և Իրանից և հայկական տարածքով կհասնեն Վրաստան, որտեղից էլ՝ ծովով՝ եվրոպական երկրներ, իսկ ցամաքով՝ Ռուսաստան։ Պլանները մեծ են:
Միայն թե կա մի փոքր հարց՝ բացակայում են ենթակառուցվածքները։ Չկա Իրանը Հայաստանին միացնող երկաթուղի: Երկար տարիներ խոստացել են կառուցել ավելի քան 200 կմ երկարությամբ գծեր, բայց ոչ ոք պատրաստ չէ ավելի քան 3 միլիարդ դոլար ներդնել այդ գործում: Երևի հնդիկնե՞րը համաձայնվեն։ Հայաստանի պայմանն այն է, որ «հնդկական» նախագծում Ադրբեջանի մասին ակնարկ չլինի: Վերջինս առանց այդ էլ ինքնուրույն մեծ աշխատանք է կատարում, իսկ Հյուսիս-Հարավ միջանցքի մնացած հատվածն ավարտելու համար դիմել է Ռուսաստանի աջակցությանը։ Ռուսական կողմը 1,5 մլրդ դոլար կհատկացնի Ադրբեջանի հետ սահմանին գտնվող Իրանի երկաթուղու կառուցման համար։
Կովկասյան տարանցումը շատ համեղ պատառ է, և բազմաթիվ երկրներ են պայքարում դրա համար: Միայն թե ոմանք (ինչպես Ռուսաստանը, Հնդկաստանը կամ Իրանը) պատրաստ են վճարել, իսկ մյուսները (ինչպես Հայաստանը կամ Վրաստանը) պատրաստ են ստանալ միայն ուրիշների փողերը, և դրա հետ՝ նաև քաղաքական խնամակալությունը:
