ՌԴ Անվտանգության խորհրդի փոխնախագահ Դմիտրի Մեդվեդևը կոչ է արել արևմտյան ֆիլմերն ու երաժշտությունը պիրատական եղանակով տարածել։ Այս մասին նա ասել է ռուսական լրատվամիջոցներին և ВКонтакте-ի օգտատերերին տված հարցազրույցում։
«Փնտրեք ճիշտ ծովահեններին և ներբեռնեք նրանցից: Հիմա ես դրան վերաբերվում եմ «ինչ ուզեցիք, դա էլ ստացաք» սկզբունքով»,- ասել է Մեդվեդևը։
Նա հավելել է, որ նախկինում բացասաբար էր վերաբերվում արտասահմանյան ֆիլմերի և երաժշտության պիրատային պատճենները ներբեռնելուն, սակայն այժմ աջակցում է այս մեթոդին։
«Եթե Netflix-ը մեզ համար անհասանելի է, ապա մենք բոլորը կներբեռնենք, կօգտագործենք անվճար: Ես դա նույնպես կցրեի ամբողջ ցանցով, որպեսզի առավելագույն վնաս հասցնեի նրանց, որ նրանք սնանկանան»,- ամփոփել է Մեդվեդևը։
Անցյալ տարվա հոկտեմբերին Պետդուման առաջարկել էր ստեղծել ծովահենական ֆիլմերի վաճառքի գործակալություն։ Նախաձեռնության հեղինակների խոսքով՝ օգտատերերը կվճարեն ոչ թե հեղինակային իրավունքի սեփականատերերին կամ ծովահեններին, այլ պետությանը, իսկ բիզնեսը կաշխատի «օրինական տարածքում»։
