ՔՈ նախընտրական շտաբը օպերատիվ ռեժիմով տեղեկատվություն է ստանում «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության անունից ընտրողներին բաժանվող ընտրակաշառքի մասին։ Այդ մասին հայտնում են շտաբից:

«Ընտրատեղամասերի հարակից տարածքներում անհասկանալի գործառույթով տևական ժամանակ գտնվող և ՔՊ կուսակցությունը ներկայացնող, համայնքային, պետական հիմնարկների աշխատող անձանց մոտ առկա են ինչ-որ ցուցակներ, որոնք, հնարավոր է, ընտրակաշառք ստացած քաղաքացիների տվյալներ են պարունակում։

Մեր վստահված անձանց դիմում-բողոքները նշված անձանց ինքնությունը պարզելու, ընտրողներին ուղղորդելուն միտված գործողությունները կասեցնելու պահանջի մասին ընտրատարածքային հանձնաժողովները, ըստ էության, դադարել են քննել։

Ընտրակաշառքը վերջին այլանդակ ընտրախախտումն է, որ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությանը նույնականացնում է այն քաղաքական ուժերի հետ, որոնց դեմ պայքարում էին այդ կուսակցության բազմաթիվ ազնիվ համակիրներ տարիներ առաջ։

Նման գործելակերպը կասեցնելու գործառույթը պետական մարմիններինն է և առաջին հերթին՝ ՔՊԿ առաջնորդներինը։

ՔՈ ՍԴԿ նախընտրական շտաբը հայտարարում է, որ նշված դեպքերով տեղեկատվությունը ճշտելու , առերևույթ հանցագործության հատկանիշներով արարք կատարող անձանց նույնականացման ուղղությամբ դադարեցնում է որևէ գործողության իրականացումը։

Պետության և կառավարող ուժի հեղինակության մասին նախ և առաջ պետք է մտածի իշխող ուժը, որին հավատացել է հասարակ քաղաքացին 2018թ․-ին»,- ասվում է հայտարարությունում:
