«Երևանում պետք է իշխանափոխություն լինի, որ ցույց տանք, թե ինչ ենք կորցրել մեր արժանապատվությունն ու ինքնասիրությունը»։ «Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցության նախագահ Մանե Թանդիլյանն է այդ մասին ասել օրերս՝ արձանագրելով, որ գործող իշխանությունը տապալել է կառավարումը բոլոր ոլորտներում, այդ թվում մայրաքաղաք Երևանում, և դրա վկայությունը անընդհատ փոփոխվող քաղաքապետերն են։
 
«Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցության նախագահի գնահատմամաբ՝ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիրն» ամեն կերպ իշխանություն պահելու մոլուցք ունի և այդ առումով ամեն ինչ պետք է արվի նրանց հեռացնելու համար։ Մանե Թանդիլյանը քաղաքապետի իր թեկնածու լինելու հնարավորության մասին միայն պատասխանել է, թե Երևանը կարող է կին քաղաքապետ ունենալ։

Մանե Թանդիլյանի և «Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցության ակտիվացումը և բավականին լուրջ հայտը քաղաքապետի ընտրությունների նախաշեմին վկայում են, որ կուսակցությունը բավակն մարտական է տրամադրված և գործող իշխանություններին լուրջ դիմադրություն ցույց տալու՝ առնվազն Երևանի մակարդակով իշխանափոխություն իրականացնելու համար, ինչը թերևս չափազանց բարդ է լինելու, քանի որ փաշինյանական վարչախումբը հստակ գիտակցում է՝ կորցնելով Երևանը, կկորցնեն ամբողջ իշխանությունը, ուստի և Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ամեն ինչ անելու է Երևանում ընտրություններ չկորցնելու համար, այդ թվում՝ ընտրակեղծիքներ։

Այդուհանդերձ, առկա բոլոր թեկնածուների և առաջադրվող ուժերի, ինչպես նաև մամուլում շրջանառվող կուսակցությունների պարզ վերլուծությունը ցույց է տալիս, որ առնվազն Երևան քաղաքում «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիրը» կուսակցության թիվ մեկ մրցակիցը լինելու է հենց «Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցությունը՝ իր նախագահի գլխավորությամբ։
 
Արցախի նախկին պետնախարար, գործարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի նախաձեռնությամբ ստեղծված կուսակցությունը ՏԻՄ մարմիններում «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրին» իշխանազրկելու բավականին հաջողված փորձեր ունի, առնվազն վերջին մի քանի տարիների ընթացքում, մի շարք համայնքներում լուրջ սասանել է փաշինյանական վարչախմբի դիրքերը, ուստի և ընդդիմադիր քաղաքական միվորները, որոնք իսկապես ցանկություն ունեն դնելու իշխանափոխության հիմքերը, պարտավոր են ոչ միայն սեփական թեկնածու չներկայացնել, այլ հենց Մանե Թանդիլյանի շուրջ համախմբվել՝ Երևանում իրական իշխանափոխություն իրականացնելու համար։
