Ինչու՞ է կարևոր կանանց դերը հասարակական-քաղաքական կյանքում մեծացնելը, ինչու՞ նրանք էլ պետք է մասնակից դառնան որոշումների կայացման կարևոր գործընթացներում, և ի՞նչ դեր ունեն այստեղ երիտասարդները։
«Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցության նախագահ Մանե Թանդիլյանն օրեր առաջ այս թեմաների շուրջ է զրուցել Հայաստանում ամերիկյան համալսարանի ուսանողների հետ, որոնք այլ առարկաների թվում, կանանց պատմություն և հայոց պատմություն են ուսումնասիրում։
Մանե Թանդիլյանը հարազատ միջավայրում է, ինքն էլ այստեղի շրջանավարտ է և 2018 թվականին էլ արժանացել է բուհի «Պատվարժան շրջանավարտ» մրցանակին։ Կանանց դերի արժևորումը հայկական միջավայրում դարերից է գալիս։ Նրա հիշատակումն է` դեռ 12-րդ դարում Մխիթար Գոշն իր «Դատաստանագրքում» է խոսում կանանց դերի արժևորման անհրաժեշտության, հասարակությունում իրավահավասարություն ստեղծելու կարևորության մասին։
«Մխիթար Գոշն է, ի վերջո ասել՝ «Կրթված կանայք հասարակության համար գանձ են»։ Այնպես որ, կանանց դերի արժևորման դիսկուրսը մեր նախնիները վաղուց են սկսել, նրանք գնահատել են կանանց և ցանկացել են տեսնել նրանց դերակատարումը մեզանում։ Այսօր արդեն ժամանակն է, որ կանանց դերը տեսանելի լինի մեր իրականությունում»,- ասել է նա։
Մանե Թանդիլյանը նկատել է՝ առաջնորդության հատկանիշները, բնավ, սեռով պայմանավորված չեն։
«Այսօր առաջնորդության կերպարանափոխման մոդելները հենց երիտասարդներն ու կանայք են։ Դուք՝ երիտասարդներդ պետք է լինեք փոփոխություններ բերողը, դրանց կրողն ու ջատագովը, որովհետև դուք եք օժտված ռազմավարական մտածողությամբ, արագ ադապտացվելու, նորն ընդունելու, երկարաժամկետ մտածելու այլ կարողություններով»,- ասել է նա։
Նշենք, որ Հայաստանում ամերիկյան համալսարանի ուսանողների հետ զրույցը տեղի է ունեցել «Ժամանակակից առաջնորդություն. միտումներ և մարտահրավերներ» հանդիպումների շրջանակում։
