2022թ. ապրիլի 15-ին, ժամը 19-ի սահմաններում, Է. Մ.-ն և Է. Ե.-ն ԱՀ Ասկերանի շրջանի Նախիջևանիկ գյուղում գտնվող իրենց հատկացված տանը և նույն տան դիմացի բակում կենցաղային հարցի շուրջ վիճաբանության մեջ են մտել  Ա. Թ.-ի և Ռ. Կ.-ի հետ, որի ընթացքում Է.Մ.-ի և Է.Ե.-ի հասցեին հնչեցված սեռական բնույթի հայհոյանքներից առաջացած զայրույթից, ձեռքերով և տեղում վերցրած փայտի կտորով բազմաթիվ հարվածներ են հասցրել Ա.Թ.-ի և Ռ. Կ.-ի մարմնի տարբեր մասերին, որի հետևանքով Ա. Թ.-ն ստացած վնասվածքներից տեղում մահացել է, իսկ Ռ.Կ.-ին պատճառվել է կյանքին վտանգ սպառնացող ծանր մարմնական վնասվածքներ:

Ինչպես հայտնում է Արցախի դատախազությունը՝ հաջորդ օրը՝ ապրիլի 16-ին, ժամը 21-ի սահմաններում, նույն տանը նախնական համաձայնությամբ,  նախորդ օրը կատարած սպանությունը թաքցնելու նպատակով, Ռ. Կ.-ին ապօրինաբար կյանքից զրկելու ուղղակի դիտավորությամբ, Է. Ե.-ն պահելով Ռ. Կ.-ի ոտքերից, իսկ Է. Մ.-ն՝ թիկունքից, պոլիէթիլենային տոպրակը հագցնելով Ռ.Կ.-ի գլխին՝  խեղդել են, ինչի հետևանքով վերջինս տեղում մահացել է:  Հանցանքը թաքցնելու նպատակով նրանք երկուսի դիակներն էլ թաղել են նշված տան բակում:

Նախաքննության ընթացքում Է. Մ.-ին և Է. Ե.-ին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ԱՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 103-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին, 7-րդ  և 12-րդ կետերով՝ երկու և ավելի անձանց սպանությունը մի խումբ անձանց կողմից և այլ հանցանքը թաքցնելու նպատակով որակյալ հատկանիշներով:

Է. Մ.-ի և Է. Ե.-ի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառվել է կալանավորումը:

2023թ. մարտի 24-ին հիշյալ քրեական գործը մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ ուղարկվել է ԱՀ ընդհանուր իրավասության առաջին ատյանի դատարան՝ ըստ էության քննելու համար:

Գործի մինչդատական քրեական վարույթի օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողությունը և դատավարական ղեկավարումն իրականացրել է Ասկերանի շրջանի դատախազությունը:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ԱՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
