Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահ Արգիշտի Քյարամյանի հրամանով Վահրամ Գյոզալյանը նշանակվել է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի զինվորական քննչական գլխավոր վարչության հինգերորդ կայազորային քննչական բաժնի պետ՝ ազատվելով ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Տավուշի մարզային քննչական վարչության պետի տեղակալի պաշտոնից:

Ծնվել է 1986 թվականի հուլիսի 19-ին, Լոռու մարզ, Կիրովական քաղաքում:

2010թ. ավարտել է Երևանի պետական համալսարանի իրավագիտության ֆակուլտետը:
