Կոնվերս Բանկի պարտատոմսերը ցուցակվել են Հայաստանի ֆոնդային բորսայում

Կոնվերս Բանկը, սահմանված ժամկետից շուտ ավարտելով պարտատոմսերի տեղաբաշխումը, ցուցակել է 3 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամ և 10 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար ծավալով պարտատոմս: Այս անգամ պարտատոմսերի տեղաբաշխումը մեծամասամբ կազմակերպվել է Կոնվերս Մոբայլ հավելվածի միջոցով, ինչը հաճախորդների համար պարտատոմսերի ձեռքբերման առավել ժամանակակից, հարմարավետ և արագ տարբերակ է:

Այս ցուցակումից հետո Բանկի՝ Հայաստանի ֆոնդային բորսայում շրջանառվող պարտատոմսերի ծավալը կազմում է 8 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամ և 30 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար: Կոնվերս Բանկը համագործակցում է մի քանի շուկա ստեղծողի հետ՝ երկրորդային շուկայում պարտատոմսերի իրացվելիությունը և գնագոյացման արդյունավետությունը բարձրացնելու, ինչպես նաև շուկային խորություն հաղորդելու նպատակով:
Բանկը մշտապես կարևորել է պարտատոմսերի հասանելիությունը մեծ թվով ներդրողների համար: Այդ ուղղությամբ գործադրված ջանքերի շնորհիվ տվյալ թողարկման պարտատոմսերը ձեռք են բերվել ավելի քան 400 ֆիզիկական անձ ներդրողների կողմից:

«Վերջին տարիներին, հատկապես բանկերի կողմից կորպորատիվ պարտատոմսերի թողարկման ծավալները Հայաստանում զգալիորեն ավելացել են: Խիստ մրցակցության պայմաններում Կոնվերս Բանկի պարտատոմսերի՝ սահմանված ժամկետից շուտ ամբողջ ծավալով տեղաբաշխումը վկայում է Բանկի կայունության ու հուսալիության, նրա նկատմամբ հաճախորդների վստահության բարձր մակարդակի մասին:»,-ասել է Կոնվերս Բանկի Ներդրումային դեպարտամենտի տնօրեն Գրիգորի Զաքարյանը:

2017թ-ից ի վեր Բանկը թողարկել է երեք արժույթով՝ ՀՀ դրամ, ԱՄՆ դոլար և Եվրո պարտատոմսեր՝ ընդհանուր 41.3 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամին համարժեք ծավալով:

«Բանկը պարտատոմսերի շուկայում իր առաջատար դիրքը նվաճեց բավականին կարճ ժամանակահատվածում՝ թիմային աշխատանքի ու հետաքրքիր, մրցունակ առաջարկների շնորհիվ: Ներկայումս ցուցակված պարտատոմսերի ծավալով Բանկը չորրորդն է՝ շուկայում ակտիվ 13 բանկերից: Այսուհետ ևս կշարունակենք հաճախորդներին նոր ներդրումային պրոդուկտներ առաջարկելու միջոցով ակտիվ մասնակցություն ունենալ կորպորատիվ պարտատոմսերի շուկայում՝ պահպանելով Հայաստանում Կոնվերս Բանկի առաջատար դիրքերը»,-եզրափակել է նա:
