ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Վայոց ձորի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ավարտվել է Վայք քաղաքի բնակչուհու նկատմամբ տեղի ունեցած ավազակային հարձակման դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը:
 
Ինչպես հայտնում է Քննչական կոմիտեի լրատվական ծառայությունը, քննությամբ պարզվել է, որ առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձը կին է, 32 տարեկան, ով իր ֆինանսական խնդիրները լուծելու նպատակով ավազակային հարձակում է իրականացրել իր համաքաղաքացու նկատմամբ:
 
Նախնական քննության տվյալներով՝ տուժողն ու մեղադրյալը ճանաչել են միմյանց, գտնվել լավ փոխհարաբերությունների մեջ։
 
Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համաձայն՝ ֆինանսական խնդիրների պատճառով գործով մեղադրյալ Լ.Մանուկյանի ընտանիքն ունեցել է որոշ դժվարություններ՝ վարկային պարտավորությունները պատշաճ կատարելու հետ կապված։ 2015 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 3-ին վարկային կազմակերպության կողմից ստացել է զգուշացում, և Լ.Մանուկյանը որոշել է վաճառել իր ոսկյա կրծքազարդը՝ պահանջվող գումարը վճարելու համար։
 
 015 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 6-ին նա այցելել է գործով տուժողին՝ առաջարկելով գնել իր կրծքազարդը, սակայն վերջինս հրաժարվել է ձեռք բերել 5 գրամ կշռով ոսկյա զարդը՝ պատճառաբանելով, որ պարզ չէ դրա պարունակությունը։ Գտնվելով հյուրասենյակում՝  Լ.Մանուկյանը նկատել է տուժողի սեղանի վրա դրված ոսկյա զարդերը։ 
 
Քննությամբ ձեռք բերված տվյալների համաձայն՝ 2015թ. հոկտեմբերի 7-ին` ժամը 19:00-ի սահմաններում, ուրիշի գույքը հափշտակելու նպատակով Լ.Մանուկյանն իրենց ավտոտնակում  հագել է զինվորական համազգեստի կիսաբաճկոն, ավագ որդու ձմեռային կոշիկները, որպեսզի իրեն չճանաչեն, իր բնակարանից նախապես վերցնելով կտորե ձեռնոցներ, կպչուն ժապավեն, խոհանոցային դանակ՝ գնացել է տուժողի բնակարան, ում տան մուտքի մոտ դիմակավորվել է զուգագուլպայով, հագել ձեռնոցները և դանակը ձեռքին՝ թակել է նրա բնակարանի դուռը: Վերջինս բացել է դուռը, իսկ Լ.Մանուկյանը, հրելով նրան, ապօրինի մուտք է գործել բնակարան:
 
Քննությամբ պարզվել է, որ Լ. Մանուկյանը հարձակվել է Զ.Ավագյանի վրա, ձեռքին գտնվող դանակը պահել վերջինիս պարանոցի շրջանին և կյանքի և առողջության համար վտանգավոր բռնություն գործադրելու սպառնալիքով նրանից պահանջել է հանձնել ոսկյա զարդերը: Սակայն իր կամքից անկախ հանգամանքներում Լ. Մանուկյանը չի կարողացել ավարտին հասցնել իր հանցավոր մտադրությունը, քանի որ օգնության են հասել  հարևանները:
 
Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ Լ.Մանուկյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի  175-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ և 4-րդ  կետերով: Նրա նկատմամբ  կիրառվել է գրավ:
 
Քրեական գործը՝ մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել է նախաքննության օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազին։ Մեղադրական եզրակացությունը հաստատվել է, և քրեական գործն ուղարկվել դատարան։
