Հինգշաբթի Միացյալ Նահանգները հայտարարել է, որ պատժամիջոցներ է սահմանել Սլովակիայի քաղաքացի Աշոտ Մկրտիչևի նկատմամբ՝ Ռուսաստանին ավելի քան քսան տեսակի հյուսիսկորեական արտադրության զենք և զինամթերք վաճառելու փորձի կազմակերպման համար: Այս մասին գրում է golosameriki.com-ը:

«Պատերազմի սկզբից ի վեր Ռուսաստանը կորցրել է ավելի քան 9000 միավոր ծանր զինտեխնիկա, և մասամբ բազմակողմ պատժամիջոցների և արտահանման վերահսկողության շնորհիվ (Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր) Պուտինը գնալով ավելի հուսահատորեն է ցանկանում լրացնել դրանք», - ասել է ԱՄՆ ֆինանսների նախարար Ջանեթ Յելենը:

ԱՄՆ ֆինանսների նախարարությունը հայտարարել է, որ պատժամիջոցներ է սահմանել Սլովակիայի քաղաքացի Աշոտ Մկրտիչևի նկատմամբ «ուղղակի կամ անուղղակիորեն ԿԺԴՀ ցանկացած զենք կամ հարակից նյութ ներմուծելու, արտահանելու կամ վերաարտահանելու փորձի համար»:

2022 թվականի վերջից մինչև 2023 թվականի սկիզբը Մկրտիչևն աշխատել է Հյուսիսային Կորեայի պաշտոնյաների հետ՝ Ռուսաստանի համար ավելի քան երկու տասնյակ տեսակի զենք և զինամթերք ձեռք բերելու համար՝ Հյուսիսային Կորեա ուղարկվող կոմերցիոն ինքնաթիռների, հումքի, ապրանքների և այլ մատակարարումների դիմաց, ասվում է նյութում։

«Այնպիսի սխեմաները, ինչպիսին է զենքի գործարքը, որը նա փորձում էր իրականացնել, ցույց են տալիս, որ Պուտինը դիմում է ծայրահեղ միջոցների, ինչպիսիք են Իրանից և Հյուսիսային Կորեայից մատակարարումները», - հավելել է Ջանեթ Յելենը:

Մինչդեռ ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Էնթոնի Բլինկենը թվիթերյան միկրոբլոգում գրել է. «Այսօր մենք հայտնաբերել ենք զենքի գործարք անողին, որը փորձում էր հեշտացնել ԿԺԴՀ-ից Ռուսաստան զենքի արտահանումը: Մենք կշարունակենք ինքնորոշել, բացահայտել և հակազդել ԿԺԴՀ-ից կամ Ուկրաինայում նրա պատերազմին աջակցող ցանկացած այլ պետության կողմից ռազմական տեխնիկա ձեռք բերելու Ռուսաստանի փորձերին»:
