Հայաստանն Ադրբեջանի հետ, ըստ էության, գտնվում է պատերազմական իրավիճակում: 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո պարբերաբար ականատես ենք լինում Ադրբեջանի սադրանքներին: Ադրբեջանը հետևողականորեն Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Արցախի Հանրապետության շուրջ սեղմում է օղակը: Այս մասին ԱԺ-ում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց «Հայաստան խմբակցության» ղեկավար Սեյրան Օհանյանը:

«Ադրբեջանը երկու նպատակ ունի՝ առաջինը՝ Սյունիքի հատվածով կապել Նախիջևանն Ադրբեջանին՝ ստանալով «միջանցքը», որն իրենք նախատեսում են և որին ձգտում են և երկրորդը՝ Արցախը հայաթափել: Եթե մենք գտնվում ենք Ադրբեջանի հետ պատերազմական իրավիճակում, դա նշանակում է, որ մենք մեր սահմանները, մեր յուրքանչյուր սանտիմետրը պետք է ուսումնասիրենք ու պաշտպանենք: Իսկ այդ պաշտպանության խնդիրն առաջին հերթին բանակի խնդիրն է: Այսօր ՀՀ իշխանություններն ասում են, որ բանակի ստորաբաժանումները պետք է փոխարինենք ԱԱԾ ստորաբաժանումներով, բայց դա կարող են անել միայն այն դեպքում, երբ երկու թշնամի, հակառակորդ երկրները դարձել են հարևան պետություններ և ուզում են խաղաղ համակեցությամբ ապրել միմյանց հետ և երբ, ըստ էության,  կա խաղաղություն կողմերի միջև: Բայց մենք տեսնում են Ադրբեջանի վարքագիծը, հռետորաբանությունը, սադրանքները, հոգեբանական ճնշումները: Այս ամենը նշանակում է, որ մենք գտնվում ենք պատերազմական իրավիճակում: ԱԱԾ-ն իր սահմանապահ կարողություններով չի կարող պաշտպանություն կազմակերպել ՀՀ սահմաններում: Սա ևս մեկ անգամ փաստում է, որ այսօրվա իշխանություններն ապրում են մի կյանքով, որ, կարծես, Հայաստանին և Արցախին ոչ մի բան չի պատահել»,-նշեց Օհանյանը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ Արցախը Հայաստանին կապող հատվածի փակումը համապատասխան հետևությունների տեղիք պետք է տար ՀՀ իշխանություններին. «Իմ գնահատմամբ՝ իրենք ունակ չեն կամ չեն ուզում ճիշտ գնահատել ռազմաքաղաքական իրադրությունը և այն, թե աշխահաքաղաքական զարգացումների համատեքստում ինչ գործողություններ կարող է լինել մեր տարածաշրջանում և որոշել առաջնահերթությունները, որն առաջին հերթին անվտանգությունն է»:

Հիշեցնենք, որ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը երեկ Կառավարության նիստի ժամանակ ասել էր. «նախօրեին մենք տեղեկացրել ենք ադրբեջանական կողմին, որ համաձայն պայմանավորվածության, Կոռնիձորի կամրջից հետո ՀՀ սահմանապահ զորքերը ստանձնելու են այդ հատվածում ՀՀ պետական սահմանի պահպանությունը»։
