Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գլխավոր դատախազ Աննա Վարդապետյանի՝ 2023 թվականի մարտի 31-ի հրամաններով՝ Դատախազությունում տեղի են ունեցել կադրային նշանակումներ և փոխատեղումներ:
Մասնավորապես՝
- Գլխավոր դատախազության Հասարակական անվտանգության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների գործերով վարչության ավագ դատախազ Էդուարդ Հովհաննիսյանը փոխադրվել է Կոտայքի մարզի դատախազի տեղակալի պաշտոնին:
- Կոտայքի մարզի դատախազի տեղակալ Վիկտոր Գրիգորյանը փոխադրվել է Գլխավոր դատախազության հասարակական անվտանգության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների գործերով վարչության ավագ դատախազի պաշտոնին:
- Գլխավոր դատախազության մարդու դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների գործերով վարչության դատախազ Տաթևիկ Խաչատրյանը փոխադրվել և նշանակվել է Երևան քաղաքի Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի դատախազության ավագ դատախազի պաշտոնին:
- Երևան քաղաքի դատախազության դատախազ Արմեն Սապոնջյանը նշանակվել է Երևան քաղաքի դատախազության ավագ դատախազի պաշտոնին:
- Երևան քաղաքի Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների դատախազության դատախազ Արամ Ներսիսյանը փոխադրվել է Երևան քաղաքի դատախազության դատախազի պաշտոնին:
- Կոտայքի մարզի դատախազության դատախազ Մերի Ցականյանը փոխադրվել է Կոտայքի մարզի դատախազության ավագ դատախազի պաշտոնին:
- Կոտայքի մարզի դատախազության դատախազ Մերինե Սահակյանը փոխադրվել է Երևան քաղաքի Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների դատախազության դատախազի պաշտոնին:
- Արմավիրի մարզի դատախազության դատախազ Ապրես Գրիգորյանը փոխադրվել է Կոտայքի մարզի դատախազության դատախազի պաշտոնին:
- Արթուր Մուսոյանը նշանակվել է Արմավիրի մարզի դատախազության դատախազի պաշտոնին՝ 2023 թվականի ապրիլի 6-ից:
- Միլենա Թաթոյանը նշանակվել է Արմավիրի մարզի դատախազության դատախազի պաշտոնին՝ 2023 թվականի ապրիլի 4-ից:
