Արցախի շուրջ 12500 երեխա, Սուրբ Զատիկի օրերին, կստանա նվերներ

Ծաղկազարդի և մանուկների օրհնության օրվանից սկսած՝ առաջիկա շաբաթվա ընթացքում, Արցախի Հանրապետության շուրջ 12500 երեխաներ նվերներ կստանան «Մենք ենք մեր սարերը» տարածքային զարգացման գործակալության կողմից:
«Նվերներ՝ Արցախի երեխաներին» ծրագիրը գործակալությունը նախաձեռնել էր դեռ անցած տարեվերջին: Գործակալության՝ աշխարհի տարբեր երկրներում բնակվող նվիրատուների կողմից այդ նպատակի համար նվիրաբերված միջոցներով նվերները գնվել էին մինչև Արցախի շրջափակումը: Նվերների հանձնումը նախատեսվում էր Ամանորի նախաշեմին, սակայն դեկտեմբերի 12-ից սկսված շրջափակման պատճառով տոնական անակնկալը չստացվեց։Շրջափակման ամիսների ընթացքում հաջողվել էր Գորիսում պահվող նվերները մաս-մաս տեղափոխել Արցախ, և ապրիլի 2-ից արդեն մեկնարկել է փաթեթների բաժանումը հասցեատերերին ինչպես Ստեփանակերտում, այնպես էլ Մարտունիի, Մարտակերտի ու Ասկերանի շրջաններում:
«Մենք և մեր նվիրատուները, ինչ խոսք, շատ էինք ցանկանում, որ նվերներն արցախցի փոքրիկներին հասնեն Ամանորին, ու երբ պատրաստվում էին փաթեթները, ոչ մեկի մտքով անգամ չէր անցնում, որ դրանք կկարողանանք նրանց բաժանել միայն գարնանը: Բայց կարևորն այն է, որ նվերները, ի վերջո, գտան իրենց «տերերին»: Շրջափակված Արցախում, երբ երեխաները զրկված են բազմաթիվ հնարավորություններից, երբ խախտված են նրանց մի շարք կենսական իրավունքներ, թեկուզ մի փոքր ուրախության պահ նրանց պարգևելը մեզ համար անչափ կարևոր է»,- ասել է «Մենք ենք մեր սարերը» տարածքային զարգացման գործակալության սոցիալական ծրագրերի ղեկավար Արմեն Մանգասարյանը։
«Մենք ենք մեր սարերը» տարածքային զարգացման գործակալությունը ձեռնարկում և իրագործում է Արցախի և Սյունիքի զարգացման նախագծեր՝ համագործակցելով Արցախի Հանրապետության և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարությունների, ինչպես նաև տեղական, միջազգային և մասնավոր այլ կազմակերպությունների հետ։ «Մենք ենք մեր սարերը» տարածքային զարգացման գործակալությունը հիմնադրել են Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը և նրա գործընկերները։
