Մարտի 27-ից ապրիլի 3-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում Արցախի ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության կենտրոնական ու տարածքային ստորաբաժանումների հերթապահ մասերում հանցագործությունների և իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ գրանցվել է 51 հաղորդում, որից 25-ը՝ հանցագործության վերաբերյալ: Դրանցից 22-ը ոստիկանության ծառայողների կողմից բացահայտվել և քննության փուլում է:
Դիտավորությամբ առողջությանը վնաս պատճառելու 5 դեպք է արձանագրվել: Ոստիկանության ծառայողների կողմից բացահայտվել է անձնական ունեցվածքի գողության և գույքի դիտավորությամբ ոչնչացման մեկական դեպքեր, ապօրինի ծառահատման 2, ինչպես նաև նախկինում կատարված 2 հանցագործություն: Միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում այլ հանցատեսակների նախականխման, կանխման, հանցագործությունների բացահայտման և խափանման ուղղությամբ:
Ոստիկանության քրեական հետախուզության վարչությունը՝ տարածքային ստորաբաժանումների ծառայողների հետ համատեղ, շարունակում են թմրամիջոցների, դրանց ապօրինի շրջանառության, աճեցման և իրացման դեմ պայքարը: Անցած շաբաթվա ընթացքում բացահայտվել է 3 դեպք:
Յոթ օրվա ընթացքում սահմանային խախտման 4 դեպք է արձանագրվել: Ադրբեջանական զինուժը մարտական դիրքերից կրակ է բացել Արցախի խաղաղ բնակիչների ուղղությամբ: Վերջիններս Մարտունու շրջանի Թաղավարդ, Կարմիր Շուկա և Բերդաշեն համայնքների հողատարածքներում զբաղվում էին գյուղատնտեսական աշխատանքներով: Ոչ ոք չի տուժել: Հերթական անգամ դադարեցվել է գյուղատնտեսական աշխատանքները:
Մարտի 31-ին Ստեփանակերտ քաղաքի Թումանյան փողոցի հյուրատներից մեկում հայտնաբերել է 1950 թվականին ծնված տղամարդու դի: Ոստիկանության ծառայողները պարզել են, որ նրա առողջական վիճակը կտրուկ վատթարանալու հետևանքով նշված հյուրատան խոհանոցում հանկարծամահ է եղել: Դիակի արտաքին զննությամբ բռնության հետքեր չեն հայտնաբերվել:
Ճանապարհային ոստիկանության օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոնում գրանցվել է ՃՏ 10 պատահար, որից 6-ը նյութական վնասով, 4-ը՝ մարմնական: Բուժհաստատություն է դիմել 6 քաղաքացի:
Նշված ժամանակահատվածում առանց վարորդական վկայականի տրանսպորտային միջոց է շահագործել 9 վարորդ, 9-ը եղել է անսթափ վիճակում, 2 վարորդ գերազանցել է սահմանված արագությունը:
Ոստիկանության պետի հրամանով` կենտրոնական և տարածքային ստորաբաժանումների ծառայողների մասնակցությամբ, համակարգում շարունակվում են ամենամյա դասընթացներն ու պարապմունքները, որոնք միտված են կատարելագործելու ոստիկանության ծառայողների մասնագիտական գիտելիքներն ու ունակությունները:
