«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Բարձր տեխնոլոգիական արդյունաբերության նա խ ա ր ա րու թյու նը հան ր ա յ ի ն քննարկման է ներկայացրել նախագիծ, որը վերաբերում է միջազգային փոստային առաքումներին: «Միջազգային փոստային առաքումներով տեղափոխվող ապրանքների նկատմամբ մաքսային գործառնությունների իրականացման միջազգային փոստափոխանակման վայր սահմանելու մասին» կառավարության որոշման նախագիծը մշակվել է ՀՀ վարչապետի 2023 թ.-ի հունվարի 24-ի ««Մաքսային կարգավորման մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի կիրարկումն ապահովող միջոցառումների ցանկը հաստատելու մասին» N 74-Ա որոշմամբ հաստատված հավելվածի 57-րդ կետի միջոցառումն ապահովելու նպատակով:
Կառավարության 2005 թ.-ի մարտի 10-ի N 292-Ն որոշմամբ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում փոստային կապի ազգային օպերատոր է սահմանվել «Հայփոստ» փակ բաժնետիրական ընկերությունը և «Միջազգային փոստային առաքանիների» փոխադրումը Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում վերապահված է բացառապես այդ ընկերությանը: Նախագծով առաջարկվում է Երևան, Տիգրան Մեծի 1-ին փակուղի, 1 հասցեում գտնվող «Հայփոստ» փակ բաժնետիրական ընկերության փոստի տեսակավորման և փոխանակման կենտրոնը սահմանել որպես միջազգային փոստափոխանակման վայր, որտեղ միջազգային փոստային առաքումներով տեղափոխվող ապրանքների նկատմամբ իրականացվելու են մաքսային գործառնություններ:
Նախարարության ներկայացրած մեկ այլ նախագծով առաջարկվում է փոփոխություններ կատարել կառավարության 2014 թ. փետրվարի 20-ի թիվ 157-Ն որոշման մեջ, մասնավորաբար` առաջարկվում է «Փոստային կապի ոլորտում մոնիտորինգի իրականացման կարգը հաստատելու մասին» թիվ 157-Ն որոշման նախաբանում հղում կատարել կոնկրետ լիազորող նորմին: Հաշվի առնելով նաև այն, որ Կառավարության 2005 թ.-ի մարտի 10-ի թիվ 292-Ն որոշմամբ փոստային կապի բնագավառում լիազորված պետական կառավարման մարմին է սահմանվել ՀՀ բարձր տեխնոլոգիական արդյունաբերության նախարարությունը՝ նախագծով առաջարկվում է որոշման հավելվածի 4-րդ կետում կատարել համապատասխան փոփոխություն:
