Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի խոսքը խաղաղապահների մասին ցնցել է ՀՀ և Արցախի իշխանություններին

Արցախի պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի նախաձեռնությունը, տելեգրամյան ալիքով իր հետևորդներին պատասխանելու, լուրջ ցնցումներ է առաջացրել թե՛ Արցախում, թե՛ Հայաստանում, ընդ որում նախկին պետնախարարն անդրադառնում է կարևորագույն հարցերի, նրանց վերաբերյալ ներկայացնելով պաշտոնական քաղաքականությունից տարբերվող տեսակետներ։
Մասնավորապես, Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը նախօրեին հայտարարել է, թե ռուս խաղաղապահների ներկայությունը շատ կարևոր տարր է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի անվտանգության երաշխավորման համար։ «Ես խորապես համոզված եմ՝ այն ինչ կատարվում է հիմա մեզ հետ այս շրջափակման և էթնիկ զտումների պայմաններում, այստեղ 2000 ռուս զինվորների և սպաների առկայությունն անվտանգության երաշխիքների կարևոր տարր է, այո՛ թերի, այո՛ ցավոք սահմանափակ մանդատով, քիչ թվով, թեթև զենքերով, բայց ես խորապես համոզված եմ, որ մեզնից շատ բան է կախված, եթե մենք կարողանանք որքան հնարավոր է համախմբվել, որքան հնարավոր է աշխարհին ցույց տալ, որ չենք լինելու Ադրբեջանի կազմում, որ ամեն ինչ անելու ենք հայրենի հողում ապրելու համար, վստահ եմ, որ և՛ համաշխարհային հանրությունը, և՛ Ռուսաստանը կանեն ամեն ինչ, որպեսզի խաղաղապահներն ավելի երկար մանդատ ունենան, ավելի շատ զենք ունենան»,- նշել է Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը։
Նրա այս հայտարարությունը ցնցել է հատկապես Հայաստանի գործող իշխանություններին, որոնք թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմի պատվերով ամեն ինչ անում են ռուս խաղաղապահների վարկանիշն ու հեղինակությունը գցելու, նրանց, առնվազն 2025 թվականից հետո տարածաշրջանից հեռացնելու, իսկ հնարավորության դեպքում շատ ավելի շուտ, և փաշինյանական վարչախմբի այս կեղտոտ ու դավաճանական քայլերին աջակցում է նաև Արայիկ Հարությունյանը, որը թեպետ առերևույթ չի հայտարարում, սակայն բոլոր ջանքերը գործադրում է այդ ուղղությամբ՝ մասնավորապես իր սպասարկուների միջոցով ռուս խաղաղապահների դեմ արշավներ սկսելով, ուստի Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի այս հայտարարությունները բնականաբար չեն տեղավորվում Հայաստանի և Արցախի իշխանությունների ծրագրերում, և առաջիկայում Արցախի նախկին պետնախարարի դեմ նոր արշավի ականատեսն ենք դառնալու։
