Երեկ ուշ երեկոյան Արցախի ռուս խաղաղապահները փորձել են մեր արցախցի հայրենակիցներին՝ թվով 27 անձի, Հայաստանից տեղափոխել Արցախ։ Նախնական պայմանավորվածության համաձայն ոչինչ չպետք է խանգարեր այդ տեղափոխությանը, սակայն Շուշիի հատվածում՝ պսեւդոէկոլոգների կանգնած հատվածում, խաղաղապահների ուղեկցությամբ Արցախ մտնող մեքենաները կանգնեցվել են, ադրբեջանցիներից ոմանք անգամ բարձրացել են ավտոբուս, ինչի պատճառով արցախցի 4 կանանց ինքնազգացողությունը վատացել է։ Բանակցություններն, ըստ Արցախի պաշտոնական շրջանակների հաղորդած տեղեկատվության, ավարտվել են անարդյունք, արցախցիներից մի քանիսին՝ ում ինքնազգացողությունը վատացել է, շտապօգնության մեքենաներով հասցրել են Ստեփանակերտ, իսկ մյուսներին հետ են ուղարկել Գորիս։

Իսկ այժմ այն տեղեկատվությունը, որը ձեռք ենք բերել մեր հավաստի աղբյուրներից, որը ներկայացնում է, թե իրականում ինչ է տեղի ունեցել․

Ռուս խաղաղապահները՝ ադրբեջանցիների հետ նախնական պայմանավորվածությամբ իրականացրել են մի օպերացիա, որը տեղավորվում է Արցախը զավթելու եւ ինտեգրելու Ադրբեջանի ծրագրերի մեջ։ Նրանք՝ նախնական համաձայնության գալով ճանապարհը փակած հրոսակների հետ, արցախցի խաղաղ, անզեն բնակիչներին տարել են ուղիղ դրանց որջը, հանձնել նրանց հայեցողությանը, որպեսզի հերթական անգամ ցուցադրեն՝ Ադրբեջանի հետ ինտեգրմանը այլընտրանք չկա։ Ռուսների թողտվությամբ են «էկոակտիվիստ» կոչվող զավթիչները բարձրացել ավտոբուս եւ ահաբեկել հայ կանանց։ Ապա նույն ռուս խաղաղապահները ոչ թե Ստեփանակերտից են բժիշկներ կանչել, այլ ադրբեջանական շտապօգնության մեքենաներ են հրավիրել, որոնցով էլ ինքնազգացողությունը վատացած հայ կանանց հասցրել են Ստեփանակերտ։ 

Ստեփանակերտում մարդիկ ապշահար են եղել՝ երբ տեսել են քաղաք մտնող ադրբեջանական շտապօգնության մեքենաները։ Իսկ երբ խաղաղապահներից բացատրություն են պահանջել, թե ինչու են ադրբեջանական շտապօգնություն կանչել, սրանք արդարացել են, թե՝ մարդկանց կյանքը փրկելու համար են գնացել այդ քայլին։ 

Երեկվա միջադեպից վերջնականապես պարզ է դառնում, որ Ռուսաստանը դանդաղ հանձնում է Արցախը եւ արդեն բացահայտորեն մասնակցում է Արցախն ադրբեջանականացնելու նենգ ծրագրի իրականացմանը։ Հակառակ դեպքում անհասկանալի է, թե ռուսական զինված զորախումբը, որն Արցախը պաշտպանելու եւ նրա կապը Հայաստանի հետ ապահովելու առաքելություն ունի, ինչու է թույլ տալիս, որ ադրբեջանցի ագրեսորն ամեն օր մի բան գրավի Արցախից, մի տարածքում առաջ գա, նաեւ՝ հոգեբանական եւ ֆիզիկական խոշտանգման ենթարկի Արցախի հայությանը։
