Եվրամիությունը նոր պահանջներ է դրել արևային էներգիայի զարգացման համար

Էներգիայի վերականգնվող աղբյուրների մասնաբաժինը եվրամիությունում պետք է կտրուկ աճի մինչև 2030 թվականը։ Եվրամիության անդամ պետություններն ու եվրոպական խորհրդարանը շաբաթվա վերջին համաձայնության են հանգել, որը պարտադրելու է հասցնել մաքուր էներգոռեսուրսների կիրառման մակարդակը մինչև 42,5 %-ի եվրամիության բոլոր երկրներում՝ զգալիորեն գերազանցելով արդյունահանվող վառելիքից ստացվող էներգիային։ Որոշ կառավարություններ պարտավորվել են այդ ցուցանիշը հասցնել մինչև 45 %։
Այս նպատակներին հասնելու համար համաձայնագրին նախատեսում է մեղմացնել անհրաժեշտ ենթակառուցվածքների շինարարության ընթացակարգերը, օրենսդրական և տնտեսական արտոնություններ տրամադրել։ Եվրոպական խորհրդարանի զեկուցող Մարկոս Պիպերը հայտարարել է, թե այժմ կառավարությունները 12 ամիս ունեն որպեսզի ձևակերպեն իրենց հարցումները արևային մարտկոցների կամ հողմաղացների ֆերմաների տեղադրման վերաբերյալ։ Եթե մեկ տարի անց նրանք համապատասխան հայտերը չներկայացնեն, ապա լուրջ խնդիրներ կառաջանան, իսկ Եվրամիությունը արդեն ինքնաբերաբար իր հայեցողությամբ կսկսի պարտադրել նման ենթակառուցվածքների տեղակայումը։
Ռուս-ուկրաինական պատերազմի սկզբից ի վեր Եվրամիությունն արագացված տեմպերով անցնում է արևային էներգիայի օգտագործմանը։ Հրաժարվելով Ռուսաստանից վառելիքի ներկրումից՝ Եվրամիությունում գիտակցում են, որ իրենց ապագան հենց արևային էներգիան է, ուստի և բոլոր ընթացակարգերի և կանոնների թեթևացումը զգալի դրական արդյունք է տալու։
Հայաստանում արևային վահանակներ արտադրող միայն մեկ ընկերություն կա՝ «Սոլարոնը», և մեր երկիրը ևս կարիք ունի բոլոր ընթացակարգերի և օրենսդրության փոփոխության, որպեսզի հնարավոր լինի Հայաստանում ևս զարկ տալ արևային էներգիայի արտադրությանը։ Միայն այդպես է հնարավոր հասնել էներգետիկ անվտանգության, այն էլ մեր հեղեղուկ տարածաշրջանում։
