Թուրքիայի պաշտպանության նախարար Հուլուսի Աքարը խոսել է Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան հարաբերությունների կարգավորման թեմայից։

Թուրքիական Anadolu-ի փոխանցմամբ` Թուրքիայի պաշտպանության նախարար Հուլուսի Աքարը նշել է, թե 2020-ի նոյեմբերի 9-ի զինադադարը խաղաղության համար լավ առիթ է։ Ըստ նրա` Թուրքիան ամեն կերպ աջակցում է Հայաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի միջեւ հարաբերությունների կարգավորման ցանկացած նախաձեռնության։

Հուլուսի Աքարը շեշտել է, թե «Թուրքիան աջակցում է կարգավորմանը, սակայն դեմ է այդ կարգավորվմանը խանգարող քայլերին»։

«Մենք ակնկալում ենք, որ Հայաստանը կբռնի իրեն մեկնված խաղաղության և բարեկամության ձեռքը։ Նրանք պետք է իմանան, որ դա կարևոր և արժեքավոր է ինչպես իրենց, այնպես էլ տարածաշրջանի բարօրության, խաղաղության և կայունության համար։ Մենք նույնպես աջակցում ենք Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև հարաբերությունները կարգավորելու և կայուն խաղաղության հասնելու բոլոր ջանքերին։

Ադրբեջանի խնդիրը, որի հետ մենք կիսում ենք «Մեկ ազգ, երկու պետություն» ընկալումը, մեր խնդիրն է, նրա ուրախությունը մեր ուրախությունն է։ Մենք մինչև այսօր մեր սիրելի եղբայրների հետ ենք եղել վշտի և ուրախության մեջ, և շարունակելու ենք լինել նաև սրանից հետո»,- ասել է նա։
