«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Արդեն 116 օր է՝ Արցախը շրջափակման մեջ է. ադրբեջանցի պսևդո-էկոակտիվիստները, իսկ իրականում Ադրբեջանի հատուկ ծառայությունների ներկայացուցիչները աշխարհից կտրել են 120 հազար մարդու։ Այսքանից հետո դեռ մի բան էլ իրենք՝ ագրեսոր-ահաբեկիչներն են լծվել տեղեկատվական գրոհների։ Ադրբեջանական մի շարք լրատվականներ ու գործակալություններ տևական ժամանակ է՝ իրենց առաջնային թիրախներից մեկն են համարում Սարսանգի ջրամբարը և արհեստական թեզեր են շրջանառում՝ պնդելով, թե «հայերը Սարսանգի ջրամբարը կործանում են, մսխում են ամբողջ ջուրը» և այլն։

Այն, որ այս թեզերն անհեթեթություն են, պարզ է յուրաքանչյուր տառաճանաչի, սակայն այս քարոզչական հնարքի ամենազավեշտալին այն է, որ ադրբեջանական պրոպագանդան շեշտում է, թե Արցախը «էկոլոգիական տեռորի է ենթարկում Ադրբեջանին», «էկոցիզմ է իրականացնում՝ արգելելով այդ հատվածի ադրբեջանական հողատարածքների ջրօգտագործումը»։ Փաստացի, տեռորից է խոսում մի երկիր, որը միշտ հենց տեռորիստական է եղել, հանցագործություններ իրականացրել մարդկության նկատմամբ, հիմա էլ՝ ավելի քան երեք ամիս շրջափակել է Արցախը, պարբերաբար կտրում է Արցախի գազամատակարարումը, երկրում ստեղծում նաև էներգետիկ ճգնաժամ։

Մյուս կողմից՝ ադրբեջանցի, այսպես կոչված, «էկոակտիվիստների» հանցավոր գործողությունների արդյունքում Արցախի էկոլոգիային ահռելի վնասներ են հասցվել։ Այլ կերպ ասած՝ «սելը ճռռալու փոխարեն սելվորն է ճռռում». սեփական հանցագործությունները պարտակելու համար Ադրբեջանը անցնում է հարձակման՝ կեղծ մեղադրանքներ հնչեցնելով ու անհեթեթագույն թեզեր շրջանառելով:
