«Բացահայտելով թվային ապագան»․ Doing Digital Forum-ը` Հայաստանում
SOCIETYԱպրիլի 5–ին Երևանում մեկնարկեց Doing Digital Forum-ը, որի նպատակն է համախմբել ոլորտի առաջատարներին՝ թվային փոխակերպման նորագույն միտումները բացահայտելու ու լավագույն փորձառությանը հաղորդակցվելու համար։ SPRING PR-ի թիմի և Ամերիաբանկի միասնական աշխատանքի շնորհիվ «Բացահայտելով թվային ապագան» խորագիրը կրող ֆորումը դարձավ այն հարթակներից մեկը, որը ցույց տվեց մեր երկրում թվային ապագային նախապատրաստվելու կարևորությունը։
Ամերիաբանկի Տաղանդների և ծառայությունների գծով տնօրեն Արմինե Ղազարյանը հպարտությամբ է արձանագրում գրացած հաջողությունները․ «Ամերիաբանկը շարունակական փոխակերպման հրաշալի օրինակ է։ Մենք, 1998 թվականից ի վեր, մշտապես վերափոխվում ենք: Առաջին վերափոխումն այն էր, որ մուտք գործենք բանկային ոլորտ և ֆինանսներ՝ որպես խորհրդատվական ընկերություն։ Մեր հաջորդ վերափոխումը եղել և մնում է թվայինը: Ահա, թե ինչպես մենք ձեռնամուխ եղանք թվային փոխակերպման անչափ հետաքրքիր, բայց միևնույն ժամանակ բարդ գործին»։
SPRING PR ընկերության հիմնադիր Տաթևիկ Սիմոնյանն էլ կարևորում է միջազգային փորձը․ «Ճիշտ ժամանակն է հիմա խոսել այն փորձից ու աշխատանքներից, որ ունեն ընկերությունները՝ թվային տրանսֆորմացիայի ճանապարհին, հասկանալ՝ ինչ խնդիրներ կան ու բերել միջազգային փորձը»։
Ֆինթեք ոլորտի ամենաազդեցիկ ու ամենավաճառվող հեղինակներից մեկը՝ Քրիս Սքիները, ևս ներկայացրեց իր մոտեցումներն ու գաղափարները ոլորտի վերջին զարգացումների ու թվային փոխակերպումների ապագայի վերաբերյալ։ Ֆորումի գլխավոր խոսնակը վստահեցնում է՝ Հայաստանը հիմա ճիշտ դիրքում է՝ տարածաշրջանում թվային փոխակերպման զարգացման և առաջ շարժվելու առումով։
«Շատ կարևոր է հասկանալ, որ թվային փոխակերպման համար առաջնահերթը ճիշտ կառավարում իրականացնելն է։ Եթե ֆինանսական կազմակերպությունը չհասկանա՝ փոփոխությունների գնալու հիմնական նպատակը, ապա դրան գնալը ռիսկային է։ Իրականում, այստեղ խոսքը միայն ֆինանսական կազմակերպությունների ղեկավարների մասին չէ, պետական մակարդակով պետք է իրականացվեն փոխակերպումները։ Բայց՝ նախ պետք է միջավայրը հարմարեցնել ու պատրաստել դրան»,- ասում է Քրիս Սքիները։
Թե ինչպե՞ս պատրաստվել՝ Ամերիաբանկը կիսվում է իր բանաձևով, որն իրագործելը մեզ տալու է հնարավորություն նոր հաջողություններ ու վստահություն ձեռք բերելու համար։ Ամեն օր զարգացող այս ոլորտում կարևոր է ժամանակին համընթաց շարժվելը։ «Սա ընդամենը սկիզբն է։ Սա ճամփորդություն է, որի առաջին քայլն արել ենք։ Մեր գործող ծառայությունների մատուցմանը զուգահեռ մենք փոխակերպումների ենք գնում։ Մյուս ընկերություններին էլ խորհուրդ ենք տալիս մշակել այն ճարտարագիտությունն ու ճանապարհային քարտեզը, որով, առանց ընթացիկ աշխատանքները խաթարելու, հանրավոր կլինի փոխակերպումների գնալ»,- նշեց Ամերիաբանկի Տաղանդների և ծառայությունների գծով տնօրեն Արմինե Ղազարյանը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ ստեղծված նորարարական ծրագրերն ու բեկումնային հարթակները գերազանցում են մարդկանց հիմնական բանկային կարիքները՝ ստեղծելով դինամիկ զարգացող ֆինանսա-տեխնոլոգիական միջավայր։
Ամերիաբանկի ֆինանսական գծով տնօրեն Հովհաննես Թորոյանի կարծիքով էլ կարիք կա նման քննարկումներին ընդգրկել ավելի լայն հասարակությանը, ինչպես նաև տեխնիկական ոլորտի ներկայացուցիչներին, որովհետև իրենք ևս այս փոխակերպման ինտեգրալ մասն են կազմում։
Ապագան կերտում ենք մենք, սակայն իրավունք չունեք դանդաղել։ Թվային փոխակերպումը անհրաժեշտ ու կարևոր գործոն է նաև մեր երկրի անունը հնչելի դարձնելու նպատակով։
