Ինչպես «բարեփոխվեց» Սիսիան Պօղոսեանի ղեկավարած տուրիզմի ոլորտը մեկ տարում

2022 թվականի հունվարին Զբոսաշրջության կոմիտեի նախագահի պաշտոնում նշանակվեց Սիսիան Պօղոսեանը, ում հետ բավական մեծ հույսեր էին կապվում առ այն, որ վերջինս նոր շունչ կհաղորդի ոլորտին և կկատարի անհրաժեշտ ռեֆորմները՝ ժամանակին համընթաց գնալու նպատակով:
Իսկ ինչ ունենք արդյունքում: Կոմիտեի ֆեյսբուքյան էջում մի քանի օր շարունակ արված փոստերը ավետում են, որ Մոսկվայում կացած ցուցահանդեսում մեր տաղավարը մեծ ուշադրություն է գրավել։ Եվ որպեսզի ասվածը ավելի համոզիչ հնչի, այդ մասին անգամ Հանրայինով են ռեպորտաժ պատրաստել։ Դրանից զատ մի քանի գրառում նվիրված է արկածային տուրիզմը զարկ տալուն, համաձայն ենք, հոյակապ նախաձեռնություն է, սակայն այսօր ՀՀ ժամանում են հիմնականում ՌԴ և Ուկրաինայի քաղաքացիներ, իսկ նրանց արկածներն ինչպես ասում են` հայրենիքում էլ էին հերիքում։
Ոչ պակաս ուշագրավ են և, մեղմ ասած, անարդյունավետ՝ Պօղոսեանի գործուղումները: Վերջինս փետրվարի 6-9 գտնվում էր Գերմանիայի Դաշնային Հանրապետությունում, իսկ հրավիրող կողմը Հաբեթ Յուզբաշյան ԱՁ-ն էր: Գործուղման նպատակն էր՝ մասնակցությունը Գերմանիայում Հայաստանը ներկայացնող առաջին շնորհանդեսին: Ընդհանրապես, հարց է առաջանում, թե ինչու այդ շնորհանդեսն անմիջապես կոմիտեն չէ կազմակերպում, քանի որ դա ավելի տրամաբանական կլիներ, քան մասնակցությունը ինչ-ինչ ԱՁ-ի հրավերով:
Ինչևէ, հաշվետվությունից պարզ է դառնում, որ քննարկման նպատակը գերմանացի զբոսաշրջիների համար Հայաստանն ավելի գրավիչ դարձնելու միջոցների փնտրտուքն էր:
Հանդիպումներ և ելույթներ բաժնում ընդհանրական տեղեկություն է, ինչից պարզ է դառնում, որ կոմիտեի ղեկավարը որևէ երկկողմ հանդիպում չի անցկացրել, պարզապես մասնակցել է շնորհանդեսին:
Ընդունված որոշումներ, համաձայնություններ բաժինն էլ ավելի հետաքրքիր է, պարզվում է՝ կազմակերպվել է հյուրասիրություն, հյուրերին էլ կոմիտեի կողմից որպես նվեր բրոշուրներ և հուշանվերներ են փոխանցվել: Հետաքրքիր կլիներ իմանալ, թե այդպիսի առատաձեռնությունը ՀՀ պետական բյուջեի վրա որքան է արժեցել: Ներկաներին են փոխանցվել հայկական տուրօպերատորների մասին տեղեկություններ: Հասկանալի է, որ այս ամենը կարելի էր անել առցանց, հատկապես, եթե չէին կազմակերպվելու երկկողմ հանդիպումներ, չէին հնչելու բովանդակալից ելույթներ, իսկ ընդունած որոշումներից հաշվետվության մեջ հնարավոր էր լինելու առանձնանցել միայն հուշանվերներն ու հյուրասիրությունը:
Համաձայն հաշվետվության՝ ակնկալվում է հետագայում համագործակցություն սկսել գերմանական տուրօպերատորների հետ: Թե ինչից են ի հայտ եկել նման ակնկալիքները և որն է կոմիտեի նման լավատեսական տրամադրվածության հիմքը՝ դժվար է ասել:
