Հասարակության մեջ ունենալով բացառիկ դերակատարություն հայ կինը միշտ գնահատվել ու փառաբանվել է արժանանալով համընդհանուր սիրո և հարգանքի։ Մենք, հայերս մայրապաշտ ենք: Կյանք պարգևելու սուրբ ու վեհ առաքելությունից հետո դուք շարունակում եք կարևոր դեր ունենալ ոչ միայն ընտանիքում, այլ նաև հասարակական և պետական ասպարեզներում, քանզի մայրական նվիրվածությունն է ծնում սեր առ հայրենիք, սեր առ մարդկություն։ Մայրական անվերջանալի հոգատարությունն ու աջակցությունն ամենաարժեքավոր նվերներն են, որոնք երբեք չեն սպառվում։

Այսօր էլ պատվով կատարելով դարերից եկած վեհ առաքելությունը՝ անմնացորդ ու անձնվիրաբար ծառայելով ընտանիքին ու հայրենիքին, ձեր շուրջ սփռում եք անսահման սեր ու ջերմություն, բարություն ու հոգատարություն: Խաղաղ, առավել ևս պատերազմական իրավիճակներում շարունակում եք լինել հայրենիքի կարևորագույն հիմնասյունը: Խոնարհումիս խոսքերը հանուն Հայրենիքի պաշտպանության նահատակված մեր եղբայրների մայրերին, կանանց, քույրերին ու դուստրերին, մեր նահատակների անկատար նպատակների իրագործումը խթան է ապրելու և արարելու ի նպաստ հայրենիքի զարգացման։ Առանձնահատուկ շնորհավորանքի խոսքեր եմ հղում այն մայրերին, որոնց որդիները հսկում և անառիկ են պահում մեր սահմանները։

Մեր երկրի կայացման դժվարին ճանապարհին բոլորիդ մաղթում եմ տոկոնություն ու լավատեսություն։ Վստահ եմ, որ Ձեր զորակցությամբ դիմակայելու և հաղթանակելու ենք արտաքին և ներքին բոլոր մարտահրավերները, ունենալով նոր և ուժեղ հայրենիք։
