Սյունիքի մարզի Տեղ համայնքի ավագանու ընդդիմադիր անդամ Մասիս Զեյնալյանն այսօր խորհրդարանում էր։ Լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նա ասաց, որ դիմում է Կառավարությանը, ԱԺ-ին և առհասարակ պատկան մարմիններին, որպեսզի գնան նստեն Մշակույթի տանն ու հասկանան՝ ինչ իրավիճակ է, ինչին դիմադրեն, ինչին՝ ոչ։

«Համայնքի ղեկավարը որևէ բանով չի բանակցում, ավագանու արտահերթ նիստ չի անում կամ մարդ հրավիրի, իմանանք՝ ինչ սպասենք։

Անգամ ոստիկանական անցակետից գյուղացիներին են արգելում առաջ գնալ։ Չգիտեմ, սեփական հողում դարձել ենք կալանավոր։ Կադաստրով հաստատված մեր հողերում թուրքն է նստած՝ իրենց դրոշը խփած։

Գյուղի մեծ մասը, որն Արցախում էր աշխատում, Արցախի ՀԷԿ-երում էր աշխատում՝ կորցրել են իրենց աշխատանքը, ընկել են վարկերի տակ, չեն կարողանում վարկ վերցնեն ու ինչ-որ գործ անեն»,- նշեց Մասիս Զեյնալյանը։

Ըստ նրա, Տեղում հատվածներ կան, որ թշնամին հետ է գնացել, բայց բազմաթիվ կետերից դեռ չեն հեռացվել։

«Իրավիճակով պայմանավորված՝ մեզ հետ ո՞վ է խոսել, որ ում տեսնեմ, Սյունիքի մարզպետին էլ այնտեղ եմ տեսել՝ իրավիճակով պայմանավորված, քննարկել ենք հարցը։ Դրանից հետո գյուղացիներին արգելել են գնալ այդ հատված, հիմա էլ ավտո կա, ու հերթապահ ոստիկաններն այդ ավտոյում են գիշերում։ Ես ոստիկանների հետ վիճել եմ, ասել եմ՝ ձեզ չեմ բերել այստեղ, որ գյուղացիներին արգելեք, այլ բերել եմ թուրքի դեմը կանգնելու։ Բայց ադրբեջանցիները ավտոների մեջ չեն քնում, իրենք աղայական էլ ապրում են։ Վրանները խփած, փայտը բերած՝ իրենց համար ապրում են։ Մեր սահմանապահները տեղակայվել են, գյուղացիներն էլ՝ ով ինչով կարողանում է, բանակին օգնում է։

Հիմա Տեղ համայնք մտնելն ազատ է, բայց առաջ գնալն ազատ չէ»,- հավելեց Մասիս Զեյնալյանը։

Ըստ նրա, Բերձոր գնացող հին ճանապարհն այլևս հայկական վերահսկողության տակ չէ։

«Մեզ ի՞նչ հասանելի լինի, թուրքը բերել ասֆալտի մեջտեղը դրոշը խփել է։ 2020 թվականի պայմանագրից հետո, մեր բոլոր կարևոր բարձունքները հիմա իրենցն է»,- շեշտեց նա։

Միաժամանակ ավագանու անդամն ընդգծեց, որ տեղեր կան՝ անասուններին կարողանում են արոտավայր տանել, տեղեր կան՝ ոչ։

«Երևանցին գուցե ապագան չի տեսնում, բայց մենք իրական ապագան մեր մաշկի վրա ենք զգում։ Մենք մեզ մենակ չենք զգում, բանակը մեր կողքին է, ու եթե բնակիչը թողնի հեռանա, զինվորը կկոտրվի։ Գնալու տեղ չունենք, թողնենք գանք Երևան, կվարտիրայում նստենք, վզներս ծռած նստենք, տեսնենք՝ ով ինչ է տալու՝ յոլա գնանք»,- եզրափակեց նա։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Տեղ գյուղի ուղղությամբ թշնամին առաջ է եկել մարտի 30-ին։
