POLITICS«ՀՀ-ն գտնվում է ներքաղաքական ճգնաժամի մեջ: Երկրի ներքաղաքական զարգացումները չունեն նպատակ, օրակարգ և ադեկվատ չեն մեր պետության ներքին սպառնալիքներին ու մարտահրավերներին»,- այսօր «Հենարան» ակումբում տված իր ասուլիսի ժամանակ ասաց Հայաստանի հանրապետական կուսակցության (ՀՀԿ) ԳՄ անդամ, պաշտպանության նախկին առաջին փոխնախարար Արտակ Զաքարյանը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ Ազգային ժողովում (ԱԺ), կառավարությունում այսօր կատարվողը վկայում է դրա մասին, և մնացած բոլոր գործընթացներն ինքնահոսի գործընթացներ են:
«Նույնիսկ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան ոչ ընտրելու, ոչ չընտրելու ձևը չգիտեն»,- ասաց Արտակ Զաքարյանը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ այս վերջին 5 տարիները երկրի համար կորսված, ձախողված տարիներ են եղել:
«Տարածաշրջանային զարգացումները ՀՀ-ին դարձրել են ավելի խոցելի: Ինչ-որ պահի Ադրբեջանը կամ Իրանը կարող են ներքաշվել պատերազմի մեջ, և ՀՀ տարածքն անմասն չի մնա»,- ասաց նա:
Արտակ Զաքարյանի խոսքով՝ այս իշխանություններն անընդհատ խորացնում են Ռուսաստանի դեմ թշնամանքը, բայց փաստն այն է, որ թե Արցախի, թե Հայաստանի անվտանգության երաշխավորն այս պահին բացառապես Ռուսաստանն է:
«Սա խոսում է այն մասին, որ Հայաստանի թե ինքնիշխանությունը, թե ինքնուրույնությունը կորսվել է: Մեր անվտանգության ամենամեծ սպառնալիքներն այս իշխանություններն են: Իրենց գործը խաբեության ու կեղծիքի միջոցով հասարակության զգոնությունը բթացնելն է: Թիվ մեկ լուծումը իշխանափոխությունն է, որը հնարավոր է միայն ընդդիմության միավորման դեպքում»,- ասաց ՀՀԿ ԳՄ անդամը:
Ըստ նրա՝ սրանք այնպես են անում, որ հաջորդ իշխանությունն անվտանգային առումով շատ մեծ դժվարությամբ կարողանա ինչ-որ բան բարելավել:
«Կարող է ինչ-որ պահ գալ, երբ արդեն իշխանափոխությունն էլ իմաստ չի ունենա: Սրանց նպատակը դա է, և դա թուրք-ադրբեջանական շահերի օգտին է: Առնվազն 3 կազմակերպված հնարավորություն մեր հասարակությունը բաց թողել է իշխանափոխություն անելու: Ընդդիմությունը պետք է աշխատի ժողովրդին մոտիվացնելու ուղղությամբ: Երբ գիտակից քաղաքացին կհասկանա, որ ինքը պետք է երաշխավորի իր վաղվա օրը, իշխանափոխություն կլինի: Արտագաղթելու փոխարեն՝ պետք է մտածել իշխանություն փոխելու մասին: Իշխանափոխության պահանջը պետք է դառնա հանրային պահանջ»,- ասաց Արտակ Զաքարյանը:
