Վարժական հավաքի կանչված աշխատող քաղաքացու աշխատավարձը կպահպանվի

ՀՀ ազգային ժողովի աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովը հավանություն տվեց կառավարության օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությանը, որով նախատեսվում է, որ վարժական հավաքի կանչված աշխատող քաղաքացու աշխատավարձը կպահպանվի, մի մասը կտա պետությունը, մյուսը՝ գործատուն:
Հայաստանի Հանրապետության աշխատանքային օրենսգրքում լրացումներ կատարելու մասին օրենքի նախագիծն ԱԺ հանձնաժողովի նիստում ներկայացրեց ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի փոխնախարար Ռուբեն Սարգսյանը:
Փոխնախարարը հիշեցրեց, որ մինչև 30 օրացուցային օր շարունակվող վարժական հավաքներին մասնակցելու պարագայում վարժական հավաքների մասնակիցները պետությունից ստանում են որոշակի գումար՝ ըստ կցված հաստիքի, ըստ ոլորտի, զինվորական կոչումի և այլն:
«Սակայն աշխատող քաղաքացիները, որոնք մեկնում են վարժանքների, խնդիր են ունենում իրենց եկամուտի պահպանման մասով: Առկա կարգավորումով կա երաշխիք՝ աշխատատեղի պահպանման մասով, բայց աշխատավարձի մասով չկա: Վերջին որոշմամբ վարժական հավաքների տևողությունը նախատեսվել է 25 օր: Օրենքով սահմանել ենք, որ մինչև 30 օր վարժանքների մասնակցելու պարագայում գործատուն վճարելու է քաղաքացու հիմնական աշխատավարձի ու պետության կողմից վարժանքների մասնակցելու համար ստացած գումարի տարբերությունը»,-ասաց Սարգսյանը:
Օրինակ՝ եթե հիմնական աշխատավարձը 200 հազար դրամ է, և քաղաքացին մասնակցում է վարժանքների ու ստանում 100 հազար դրամ, ապա գործատուն պետք է առնվազն վճարի այդ 100 հազար դրամը: Պետական հատվածի աշխատողներին գործատուն կվճարի տարբերությունը, իսկ մասնավորի դեպքում կարող է վճարել առնվազն տարբերությունը: Իսկ 30 օրից հետոն կարգավորվում է գործատու-աշխատող համաձայնությամբ:
Փոփոխությունը չի վերաբերում ծառայություն մատուցող անձանց:
