Երեկ Թուրքիայի արտգործնախարար Մևլութ Չավուշօղլուն հայտարարել է, որ «Ադրբեջանը կդժվարանար վերցնել Ղարաբաղը, եթե թուրքական ԱԹՍ-ներ և այլ զինատեսակներ չարտադրվեին»:
Ակնայտ էր, որ Թուրքիայում նախընտրական քննարկումների շրջանակներում Արցախյան վերջին պատերազմն ու Սյունիքով միջանցքի երազանքի իրականացումը դառնալու են Էրդողանի իշխանության հաջողության պատմություններից մեկը:
Սակայն, ուզում եմ հիշեցնել ձեզ հետևյալը. թուրքական «Բայրաքթարներն» առաջին անգամ սկսել են առհասարակ արտահանվել ուշադիր՝ 2018-ի գարնանը՝ Քաթար, այնուհետ, նույն թվականին նաև ՝ Ուկրաինա:
Ադրբեջան թուրքական «Բայրաքթարները» հասել, ըստ բաց աղբյուրների, են Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի միջև կնքված և ադրբեջանական խորհրդարանում վավերացված ռազմատեխնիկական համագործակցության մասին պայմանագրի շրջանակներում, ինչը տեղի է ունեցել 2020 թվականի մայիս-հունիս ամիսներին:
Այսինքն՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանության օրոք անգամ բաց աղբյուրներով, առանց հետախուզական կարողությունների ՀՀ գործող իշխանությունները կարող էին և պարտավոր էին հետևել հակառակորդ երկրի ռազմատեխնիկական ձեռքբերումներին:
Կոնտրաստի համար հիշեք ինքներդ, թե ինչով էր զբաղված ՀՀ իշխանությունը 2020-ի ընթացքում մինչեւ պատերազմ…
2020 թվականի հունիսին ձեռք բերված «Բայրաքթարները» խաղացին արյունալի ու դաժան դեր Արցախյան վերջին պատերազմում:
Իսկ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանության մեղքը ոչ միայն այդ տարիներին Ադրբեջանի զինման գործընթացին չհետևելն է, այլ նաև այն, որ 2018-ին գալով իշխանության, հիշեցնեմ, փոխել էին նախորդ իշխանությունների կողմից թողնված բանակի արդիականացման և սպառազինությունների գնման պլանը, ժամանակակից հակաօդային պաշտպանության միջոցների փոխարեն («ՏՈՌ»-եր) գնելով խաղալիք անօգուտ «սամալյոտներ» ու դեռևս սովետական արտադրության ներկած, ժամկետանց հակաօդային միջոցներ («ՕՍԱ-ԱԿԱ»):
Այս ամենից զատ, հիշեցնեմ նաև, որ Ապրիլյան պատերազմին առաջին անգամ Ադրբեջանն նույնպես օգտագործեց անօդաչու թռչող սարքեր:
Այո, դրանք թուրքական չէին, ոչ պակաս արդիական իսրայելական արտադրության ԱԹՍ-ներ էին, որոնք սակայն չկարողացան վճռորոշ դեր խաղալ մարտի դաշտում և Ապրիլյան պատերազմի արդյունքներով Ադրբեջանը ռազմի դաշտում չհասավ իր նպատակներին, իսկ դիվանագիտական դաշտում ջախջախվեց (Վիեննայի և Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի պայմանավորվածություններ):
Այս ամենն ի մի բերելով կարելի է եզրակացնել, որ Ադրբեջանը երբեք չէր գրավի Արցախի մի մասը, եթե Հայաստանն ունենար նորմալ իշխանություն:
