Անցկացվել է ՊՆ կենտրոնական ապարատի ղեկավար կազմի խորհրդակցություն

Հունվարի 8-ին ՀՀ ՊՆ վարչական համալիրում անցկացվեց ՊՆ կենտրոնական ապարատի ղեկավար կազմի խորհրդակցություն, որի ընթացքում ամփոփվեցին 2015 թվականին կատարված աշխատանքները և նախանշվեցին 2016թ. անելիքները: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է ՊՆ մամուլի ծառայությունը:
Խորհրդակցության ընթացքում` նախքան 2016թ. անելիքների քննարկումը, ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանն ընդգծեց, որ անցած տարին զինված ուժերի համար եղել է որակական առաջընթացի տարի: Անդրադառնալով աշխատանքային գլխավոր ուղղություններին՝ պաշտպանական գերատեսչության ղեկավարը կարևորեց համակարգում արդարության սկզբունքների, բարեվարքության ամրապնդմանը և կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարին ուղղված աշխատանքները, ներկայացրեց 2015 թվականին արձանագրված հաջողություններն ու ձեռքբերումները, դրանց թվում նշելով մասնավորապես զինծառայողների և նրանց հավասարեցված անձանց սոցիալական պաշտպանության և կադրային քաղաքականության ոլորտներում իրականացված բարեփոխումները: Առաջընթաց է գրանցվել նաև անվտանգության մակարդակի բարձրացման առումով: Սոցիալական խնդիրների լուծման, նյութատեխնիկական ապահովման, գնումների գործընթացի թափանցիկությունը բարձր հիմքերի վրա դնելու ուղղությամբ տարված աշխատաքները ևս դրական արդյունք են տվել: Ձեռքբերումներ են արձանագրվել զինված ուժերի թիկունքային ապահովման, ռազմաուսումնական հաստատություններում զինվորական կադրերի պատրաստման, անձնակազմի բուժսպասարկման և այլ բնագավառներում:
Ավարտելով իր խոսքը, պաշտպանության նախարարը նշեց, որ առաջիկա ուսումնական տարում զինված ուժերը հավատարիմ են մնալու ամենօրյա զարգացման, շարունակական առաջընթացի սկզբունքին` տարվա ընթացքում ղեկավարվելով «Պատրաստված հրամանատար, արհեստավարժ բանակ, ապահով հայրենիք» կարգախոսով և 2016 թվականը հայտարարելով «Հրամանատարական պատրաստության տարի»:
Ամանորի և Սուրբ ծննդյան տոների կապակցությամբ խորհրդակցության մասնակիցներին շնորհավորեց և իր բարեմաղթանքները փոխանցեց նաև ՀՀ ԶՈՒ ԳՇ պետ, գեներալ-գնդապետ Յուրի Խաչատուրովը: ՀՀ զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի պետը հորդորեց մեկնարկող ուսումնական տարվա ընթացքում անել առավելագույնը ազգային բանակի մարտական պատրաստության աստիճանն էլ ավելի բարձրացնելու ուղղությամբ:
Խորհրդակցությունը եզրափակվեց պարգևատրման արարողությամբ: 2015թ. ուսումնական տարվա արդյունքներով աչքի ընկած, բարեխիղճ և օրինակելի ծառայության համար մի շարք սպաներ և քաղաքացիական հատուկ ծառայողներ պաշտպանության նախարարի կողմից արժանացան շնորհակալության, պարգևատրվեցին պատվոգրերով և գերատեսչական մեդալներով:
