Կիսում ենք ապրիլի 11-ին Տեղ գյուղի տարածքում ադրբեջանական սադրանքի հետևանքով զոհված զինծառայողների ընտանիքների ծանր վիշտը, վիրավորում ստացած զինծառայողներին մաղթում շուտափույթ ապաքինում։
Տեղ գյուղի տարածքում թշնամու երեկվա սադրանքը անպատժելիության, ՀՀ գործող քաղաքական ղեկավարության թողտվության և միտումնավոր անգործության հետևանքն է։ Նոյեմբերի 9-ի հրադադարից հետո հայ-ադրբեջանական նոր շփման գծի բազմաթիվ հատվածներում չեն իրականացվել հենակետերի ամրակայման ու կահավորման արագ, հիմնավոր, կազմակերպված ու արդյունավետ աշխատանքներ։
 
Քաղաքական ղեկավարության հրահանգը զինված ուժերին՝ «ամեն կերպ թույլ չտալու էսկալացիա», թշնամուն դարձնում է սանձարձակ։ Այս և բանակի կրած կորուստների այլ դեպքեր հերթական անգամ վկայում են պաշտպանության գործող նախարարի՝ իր պատասխանատվության ոլորտից հեռու լինելու մասին։ Գործող իշխանությունների այս անգործությունն ու թողտվությունը հնարավոր չէ բնութագրել այլ կերպ, քան աջակցություն Ադրբեջանին՝ հայ ժողովրդին ահաբեկելու, թուլության զգացում ներշնչելու և Հայաստանը նոր կապիտուլյացիայի տանելու հարցում։
 
Մենք վճռականորեն դեմ ենք արտահայտվում պարտվողական ու դավաճանական այս ուղեգծին և հայտարարում ենք, որ այս իշխանությունների հեռացումն այլընտրանք չունի. պետության առաջնահերթ խնդիրը բնակչության անվտանգությունն ապահովելն է, հանգամանք, որ առկա չէ պետական իշխանությունն ուզուրպացրած վարչախմբի գործունեության մեջ։ Առավել քան հստակ է, որ Զինված ուժերի մարտունակությունը և պետության սահմանների անվտանգությունը երբևէ առաջնահերթություն չի հանդիսացել այս իշխանությումների համար։ Ավելին՝ նրանք հետևողականորեն խարխլել են Հայաստանի և Արցախի անվտանգության հիմքերը՝ մեծացնելով մեր ֆիզիկական անվտանգության սպառնալիքները:
