ՀՀ փոխվարչապետը գլխավորել է ՓՄՁ զարգացման խորհրդի նիստը

Փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Խաչատրյանի գլխավորությամբ այսօր տեղի է ունեցել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկատիրության (ՓՄՁ) զարգացման խորհրդի հերթական՝ 20-րդ նիստը։ Նիստին մասնակցել են Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում Միացյալ Թագավորության դեսպան Ջոն Գալագերը, Վերակառուցման և զարգացման եվրոպական բանկի երևանյան գրասենյակի ղեկավար Գեորգի Ախալկացին, պետական գերատեսչությունների մի շարք ներկայացուցիչներ։
Ողջունելով ՓՄՁ զարգացման խորհրդի անդամներին՝ փոխվարչապետն ընդգծել է ինչպես խորհրդի կողմից ձևակերպված խնդիրների և առաջարկվող լուծումների քննարկման, այնպես էլ նախորդ նիստերի արդյունքների ամփոփման կարևորությունը։ Նախքան օրակարգային հարցերի քննարկումը՝ մասնակիցներին ներկայացվել է խորհրդի 19-րդ նիստի ընթացքում ընդունված որոշումների կատարման ընթացքի վերաբերյալ մանրամասն տեղեկատվություն։
Նիստի ընթացքում քննարկվել են գործարար միջավայրի բարելավմանն ուղղված մի շարք կարգավորումներ, այդ թվում՝ մշակող արդյունաբերությամբ զբաղվող ընկերությունների կողմից նոր աշխատողների ներգրավման ու վերջիններիս ուսուցումը խրախուսելու, ինչպես նաև բիզնեսի կողմից կրթական հաստատություններին իրականացվող նվիրատվությունների ծավալը մեծացնելու վերաբերյալ։ Անդրադարձ է կատարվել նաև օպցիոնի պայմանագրերի համար իրավակարգավորող դաշտի ձևավորման կարևորությանն ու այս ուղղությամբ առաջարկվող կարգավորումներին։ Ինչպես օրակարգային հարցերի, այնպես էլ փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկություններին վերաբերող առանձին խնդիրների վերաբերյալ փոխվարչապետի կողմից տրվել են հստակ հանձնարարականներ։
Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով խորհրդին արդյունավետ աշխատանքի և առարկայական քննարկումների համար՝ փոխվարչապետը կարևորել է քննարկվող բարեփոխումների ուղղությամբ շարունակական աշխատանքների իրականացման անհրաժեշտությունը՝ մասնավոր հատվածի հետ շարունակական երկխոսության ապահովման ճանապարհով։
