Ռուսաստանի անասնաբուժական և բուսասանիտարական վերահսկողության դաշնային ծառայության (Ռոսսելխոզնադզոր) ապրիլի 5-ից Հայաստանից Ռուսաստան կաթնամթերքի արտահանման արգելքի որոշումը հակասում է ԵԱՏՄ առևտրի կանոններին, հայկական կողմն այդ հարցը քննարկում է ռուս գործընկերների հետ:

«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Վահան Քերոբյանն ԱԺ-ում՝ անդրադառնալով «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Գեղամ Մանուկյանի հարցին:

Պատգամավորը  հիշեցրեց, որ մի քանի օր է՝ Հայաստանի կաթնարդյունաբերության ոլորտը լուրջ խնդրի առաջ է կանգնած և զրկված է ՌԴ արտահանման հնարավորությունից: Նա հետաքրքրվեց, թե կոնկրետ ե՞րբ է լուծվելու այդ հարցը:

«Մեր գնահատմամբ՝ սա ԵԱՏՄ առևտրի խոչընդոտ է: Եվ մենք այս հարցը հիմա քննարկում ենք գործընկերների հետ: Այսինքն՝ այն արգելքը, որը դրել է «Ռոսսելխոզնադզոր»-ը, հակասում է ԵԱՏՄ-ում առևտրի կանոններին: Եվ հիմա մենք այդ հարցը քննարկում ենք մեր գործընկերների հետ: Բացի այդ նաև բանակցություններ են վարվում՝ հասկանալու, թե ինչ կարգավորումների միջոցով մենք, հնարավորինս արագ և չդիմելով ԵԱՏՄ ստանդարտ գործընթացներին, կկարողանանք լուծել այս հարցը»,-ասաց Քերոբյանը:

Նա խնդրի կարգավորման հստակ ժամկետ չնշեց՝ հավելելով, որ աշխատում են, կփորձեն հնարավորինս արագ լուծում տալ:

Քերոբյանն, անդրադառնալով ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորի՝ կառավարության աշխատանքից դժգոհությանն, ասաց, որ գյուղատնտեսությունը խոշոր ոլորտ է, բայց ոչ ամենախոշորը, կաթի արտադրությունն էլ գյուղատնտեսության մեջ ամենախոշոր կտորը չէ: Նա պատգամավորին առաջարկեց  չսրել իրավիճակը:

Հայաստանն անցյալ տարի ԵԱՏՄ շուկա է արտահանել  18 մլն դոլարի կաթնամերթք, որը Հայաստանի արտահանման ծավալի 1 տոկոսից էլ քիչ է:
