Սպանության մեջ կասկածվող ադրբեջանցին ձերբակալվել է

Երեկ երեկոյան մենք գրել էինք, որ Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատում ողբերական դեպք է տեղի ունեցել՝ հրազենային կրակոցով սպանել են պահնորդին եւ վերցնելով նրա հեռախոսը փախել։ Այսօր լուր ստացանք, որ առավոտյան Կապանի «Սովխոզում» (այժմ հայտնի է որպես Սյունիք բնակավայր) ձերբակալել են այն ադրբեջանցուն, որը փախել էր Սիսիանից եւ կասկածներ կան, որ հենց նա է սպանել ԶՄՊԿ-ի աշխատակից Հայրապետ Մելիքսեթյանին։ Պատմեցին, որ սպանությունից հետո ոճրագործն իր հետ է տարել Մելիքսեթյանի հեռախոսը, ապա, ըստ բնակավայրում շրջող տեղեկությունների, լայվ է մտել։
Հիշեցնենք, որ օրերս Բնունիս եւ Աշոտավան գյուղերը ադրբեջանցիներ էին մտել, մեկին բնակիչները բռնել էին, մյուսը՝ փախել էր։ Նա, փաստորեն, ոտքով հասել է Կապան եւ սպանել ԶՊՄԿ աշխատակցին։ Մեր տեղեկությունը հաստատեց Քաջարանի քաղաքապետ Մանվել Փարամազյանը՝ ասելով, որ բնակիչները բռնել են ադրբեջանցուն եւ առաջիկայում իրավապահները, ըստ ամենայնի, քննություն կիրականացնեն ։
Նշենք, որ քիչ առաջ Քննչական կոմիտեն հաղորդագրություն տարածեց դեպքի վերաբերյալ, որում ասվում էր, որ «այս պահին հանցագործությունն ադրբեջանցիների կողմից կատարված լինելու վերաբերյալ քննությամբ որևէ տվյալ չի ստացվել և չունենք։
Եթե ենթադրություններից դուրս ոմանք կարող են իրենց հայտնի, որոշակիություն ունեցող տվյալներ ունենալ հանցագործությունն ընդհանրապես կատարողների վերաբերյալ, ապա կարող են ու պարտավոր են հայտնել վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին»։
