«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորած իշխանությունը ունի ոչ նախանձելի, բայց կայուն այն հատկանիշը, որ եթե անգամ առերևույթ «լավ բան» են ուզում անել, ներողություն՝ որպես «լավ բան» են ուզում ներկայացնել, հանրագումարում ստանում են հակառակ արդյունք, այսինքն՝ «վատ բան»: Շատ վատ բան: Ավերիչ բան: Դա թերևս բոլոր պոպուլիստական իշխանությունների ախտանիշն է: Եվ դա ոչ թե «բախտի բան» է, այլ միանգամայն օրինաչափ, եթե չասվի՝ անխուսափելի հետևանք: Երբ ընդունվում էր, օրինակ՝ մոլեխաղերի գովազդն արգելելու որոշումը, տարբեր փորձագետներ զգուշացնում էին, որ մոլեխաղերի տարածումը զսպելու առումով այն թույլ էֆեկտ է ունենալու, փոխարենը կարող են տուժել գործունեության այլ ոլորտներ:

Հիմա ոչ թե վերացական փորձագետները, այլ Հեռուստատեսության և ռադիոյի հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Տիգրան Հակոբյանն է նկատում, որ վերջին 4 տարում խորհրդարանի յուրաքանչյուր որոշում այս կամ այն կերպ վատացրել է հեռարձակողների ֆինանսական դրությունը: Մենք չէ, այլ Տիգրան Հակոբյանն է ասում. «Մոլախաղերի գովազդն արգելեցին, և հեռուստաալիքները միայն անցած տարի կորցրին մոտ 1 մլրդ դրամ»: Մենք պարզապես հավելենք՝ ոչ միայն հեռարձակողները, այլ ընդհանրապես լրատվական դաշտը: Ու այստեղ արդեն անխուսափելի հարց է ծագում. ի վերջո, այդ արգելքի ընդունման նպատակը ո՞րն էր. հեռարձակողներին ու ընդհանրապես ԶԼՄ-ներին ֆինանսապես խեղճացնե՞լը, թե՞ մոլեխաղերի դեմ պայքարը: 

Ըստ արգելքի որոշումն ընդունելու ժամանակ արված հայտարարությունների՝ երկրորդը: Բայց արի ու տես, որ մոլեխաղային կազմակերպությունների «շարժը» ոչ միայն չի նվազել, այլև ավելացել է լուրջ չափերով, մինչդեռ ԶԼՄ-ները միայն կորուստներ են ունեցել: Տիգրան Հակոբյանի խոսքը ուղղակի մի փոքր պետք է «խմբագրել»: Այնպես չէ, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանության գործունեությունը մյուս բոլոր առումներով «օ-քեյ» է: Ամենևին: Նույնիսկ հակառակը՝ այս իշխող ուժի գործունեությունը բոլոր ուղղություններով է անկումային: Բոլոր ընդունած օրենքներն ու որոշումներն են վնասաբեր, ավերաբեր: Եվ նման կառավարության ու խորհրդարանի ցանած բոլոր «վարունգները» մշտապես թարս են աճում և աճելու:

...Պոպուլիստական իշխանություն ունենալը թանկ «հաճույք» է, իսկ Հայաստանի դեպքում՝ մահացո՛ւ թանկ:
