Հունվարի 6-ին Կոտայքի մարզի Բալահովիտ գյուղի գերեզմանատան քարի արտադրամասի հարակից տարածքում հայտնաբերված 65-ամյա Ս.Մելիքսեթյանին սպանելու կասկածանքով հունվարի 7-ին ձերբակալվել է Կոտայքի մարզի Բալահովիտ գյուղի քարի արտադրամասի պահակակետում Մելիքսեթյանի հետ բնակված Գ.Հովհաննիսյանը, որն աշխատել է նաև որպես պահակ: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժինը:
Նախնական քննությամբ տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ Ս.Մելիքսեթյանի նկատմամբ ֆիզիկական բռնություն է գործադրել Գ.Հովհաննիսյանը։ Մելիքսեթյանի մահվան դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Աբովյանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ:
Հունվարի 6-ին Կոտայքի մարզի Բալահովիտ գյուղի գերեզմանատան քարի արտադրամասի հարակից տարածքում դի կա: Դեպքի վայրում հայտնաբերվել է 1950 թ. ծնված Ս.Մելիքսեթյանի դին: ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Աբովյանի քննչական բաժնում ձեռնարկվել են անհրաժեշտ գործողություններ՝ տղամարդու մահվան պատճառները պարզելու համար, նշանակվել է դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն։ Կոտայքի մարզի ԴԲՓ-ից ստացվել է գրություն առ այն, որ փորձաքննության ընթացքում տղամարդու դիակի վրա հայտնաբերվել են վնասվածքներ, որոնց բնույթը և տեղակայությունը հիմք է տալիս եզրակացնելու, որ նրա մահը վրա է հասել գլխուղեղի կենսական կարևոր ֆունկցիաների խանգարումից, որը հետևանք է գանգուղեղային փակ բութ վնասվածքի:
ՀՀ ՔԿ Աբովյանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 112-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 14-րդ կետով (դիտավորությամբ ծանր մարմնական վնաս պատճառելը, որն անզգուշությամբ առաջացրել է մարդու մահ): Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է: Քրեական գործի համար կարևոր նշանակություն ունեցող այլ հանգամանքներ պարզելու նպատակով նշանակվել են փորձաքննություններ, հանձնարարություններ տրվել ոստիկանության համապատասխան ստորաբաժանումներին։ Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
