Ռուսաստանի և Չինաստանի հարաբերությունները գերազանցում են «սառը պատերազմի» ժամանակաշրջանի ռազմական դաշինքները, հայտարարել է Չինաստանի Ժողովրդական Հանրապետության Պետական խորհրդի անդամ, պաշտպանության նախարար Լի Շանֆուն։ Այս մասին գրում է interfax.ru-ն:

«Մենք շատ ամուր հարաբերություններ ունենք: Դրանք գերազանցում են «սառը պատերազմի» դարաշրջանի ռազմաքաղաքական դաշինքները, կառուցված են չմիավորման, երրորդ կողմի հետ չառճակատման սկզբունքների վրա: Դրանք շատ կայուն են», - ասել է Լի Շանֆուն Մոսկվայում ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հետ հանդիպմանը:

Նա նշել է, որ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության և Չինաստանի Ժողովրդական Հանրապետության և նրանց զինված ուժերի միջև հարաբերությունները շարունակվում են ավելի քան 70 տարի։

«Դրանք օրեցօր ուժեղանում են: Առանցքային դեր է խաղում առաջնորդների դիվանագիտությունը: Դուք ռազմավարական նպատակներ եք դրել մեր զարգացման համար: Ձեր անձնական բարեկամությունը Չինաստանի ղեկավարի հետ մեծ դեր ունի դրանում»,- ասել է Լի Շանֆուն:

Նրա խոսքով՝ Ռուսաստանն ու Չինաստանն ակտիվորեն զարգացնում են համագործակցությունը գործնական ոլորտներում։

«Մեր հարաբերություններն արդեն թևակոխել են նոր դարաշրջան: 13 տարի ՉԺՀ-ն եղել է Ռուսաստանի առաջին առևտրային գործընկերը: Զարգացնելով հարաբերությունները՝ մենք հասկանում ենք մեր լիազորությունների պատասխանատվությունը: Հատկապես հաշվի առնելով, որ այժմ տեղի են ունենում հարյուր տարվա ամենամեծ փոփոխությունները: Մենք կանգնած ենք ուս ուսի և աշխատում ենք, որպեսզի բարձրացնել մեր ժողովուրդների բարեկեցությունը»,- ասել է Չինաստանի պաշտպանության նախարարը։

«Աշխարհը շատ անհանգիստ է։ Երկրների միջև խաղաղ հարաբերությունները մեծ պահանջարկ ունեն։ Պարոն Սի Ծինփինը մի քանի խոշոր նախաձեռնություններ է առաջ քաշել, այդ թվում՝ քաղաքակրթական նախաձեռնությունը, համաշխարհային զարգացման նախաձեռնությունը», - ասել է նա։

Լի Շանֆուն հավելել է, որ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության և Չինաստանի միջև համագործակցությունը կշարունակվի՝ ի շահ ամբողջ աշխարհի զարգացման և բարգավաճման։
