Կենսաթոշակների բարձրացում է տեղի ունենալու նաև այս տարվա հուլիսի 1-ից

Հավաքված հարկերը քաղաքացիներին վերադարձնելու կարեւոր ուղղություններից մեկը կենսաթոշակներն են: Այս մասին Ազգային ժողովում ելույթ ունենալիս խոսեց վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
«Կենսաթոշակների 2023 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից նախատեսված բարձրացումը մենք իրականացրինք 2022 թվականի սեպտեմբերից, այսինքն՝ 4 ամիս նախատեսվածից ավելի շուտ՝ հենց նկատի ունենալով բյուջետային բարենպաստ պայմանները: Այդ բարձրացման եւ 2022 թվականի բարձրացումների շնորհիվ մեր երկրում նվազագույն կենսաթոշակն աճեց 19 տոկոսով՝ 26 հազար 500 դրամից դառնալով 31 հազար 600 դրամ: Իհարկե, բացարձակ թվերը մեծ չեն, բայց մենք ավելացնում ենք եղածի վրա: Նաև աճեց նվազագույն կենսաթոշակի եւ պարենային զամբյուղի արժեքի հարաբերակցությունը՝ կազմելով 76 տոկոս՝ 2018 թվականի 66 տոկոսի փոխարեն: Գիտեք, որ կենսաթոշակների բարձրացում տեղի է ունենալու նաև այս տարվա հուլիսի 1-ից:
Բայց կենսաթոշակի ոլորտում մենք ներդրել ենք ոչ միայն ֆորմալ, այլեւ ոչ ֆորմալ բարձրացումների մեխանիզմ, եւ դա տեղի է ունեցել որոշակի ինստիտուցիոնալ բարեփոխումների շնորհիվ»,-ասաց նա:
Վարչապետը հիշեցրեց, որ 2022-2023 թվականներին տեղի ունեցած փոփոխությունների արդյունքում հանրապետության բոլոր քաղաքների եւ հազարից ավելի բնակչություն ունեցող բնակավայրերի շուրջ 498 000 թոշակառուներ իրենց թոշակներն ստանում են անկանխիկ եղանակով, սա թոշակառուների ընդհանուր 85 տոկոսն է:
