Այն պահից, երբ Հայաստանից սկսեցին հնչել հայտարարություններ Ադրբեջան կոչվող արհեստածին կազմավորման ինչ-որ տարածքային ամբողջականության ճանաչման մասին, Բաքվի բռնապետը սկսեց փորձել միջազգային հարթակներ տեղափոխել գոյություն չունեցած և չունեցող «Արևմտյան Ադրբեջանի», իբր, հիմնահարցը և Հայաստանի ու Արցախի դեմ վարել էլ ավելի «բազմավեկտոր» ագրեսիվ քաղաքականություն։ Այս մասին իր տելեգրամյան ալիքում գրել է իրանագետ Վարդան Ոսկանյանը Ադրբեջանի հերթական պահանջներին է անդրադառնալով։
«Երբ պարբերաբար խոսվում է այն մասին, որ Բաքվի բարբարոսական վարչախումբն առավելապաշտ է և յուրաքանչյուր զիջում կորզելուց հետո հաջորդ նվաստացուցիչ պահանջն է առաջ քաշում, ոմանք դեռևս թերահավատություն են հանդես բերում։
Այն պահից ի վեր, երբ Հայաստանից սկսեցին հնչել հայտարարություններ Ադրբեջան կոչվող արհեստածին կազմավորման ինչ-որ տարածքային ամբողջականության ճանաչման մասին, Բաքվի բռնապետը սկսեց փորձել միջազգային հարթակներ տեղափոխել գոյություն չունեցած և չունեցող «Արևմտյան Ադրբեջանի», իբր, հիմնահարցը և Հայաստանի ու Արցախի դեմ վարել էլ ավելի «բազմավեկտոր» ագրեսիվ քաղաքականություն։
Իսկ այսօր արդեն այս բարբարոսը բարբաջել է իր հերթական նվաստացուցիչ պահանջի մասին՝ պնդելով, որ արհեստածին Ադրբեջանի տարածքային ամբողջականությունը ճանաչելը, փաստացիորեն, բավարար չէ, և «ժամանակին «Արցախը Հայաստան է և վերջ» ասող Հայաստանն այսօր պետք է կրկնի «Ղարաբաղը Ադրբեջան է և բացականչական նշան» մեր խոսքերը, քանի որ եթե «ա»-ն ասվել է, ապա պետք է «բ»-ն էլ ասել»։
Ինչ խոսք, սրա լկտիությանը չափ ու սահման չկա, ուստի յուրաքանչյուր նոր զիջում, ցավալիորեն, դուռ է բացելու հաջորդի համար ու և այսպես շարունակ»,- գրել է Վարդան Ոսկանյանը։
Հիշեցնենք՝ այսօր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կողմից Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ տարածքային պահանջներ չունենալու մասին հայտարարությանըի պատասխան Իլհամ Ալիևը պահանջել է․ «Ղարաբաղում ապրող հայերը կամ պետք է Ադրբեջանի քաղաքացիություն ստանան, կամ ապրելու համար այլ տեղ գտնեն»։
