Բաց և թափանցիկ պայմաններում իրականացվել է ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության պարեկային ծառայության պետի թափուր պաշտոնը զբաղեցնելու համար մրցույթ․ հաղթող է ճանաչվել Արթուր Խուդինյանը Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարությունը։
Ապրիլի 20-ին տեղի է ունեցել ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության պարեկային ծառայության պետի թափուր պաշտոնը զբաղեցնելու համար մրցույթ։ Հաղթող է ճանաչվել Արթուր Խուդինյանը։
Մրցույթին մասնակցել են ինչպես մրցութային հանձնաժողովը, այնպես էլ ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության պարեկային ծառայության պետի թափուր պաշտոնի համալրման նպատակով ստեղծված խորհրդատվական-աշխատանքային հանձնաժողովը։
Մրցույթին մասնակցել են 4 անձ՝ Արթուր Խուդինյան, Էդգար Սուսլիյան, Արծրուն Շախկյան և Անդրանիկ Սողոմոնյան։ Թեստավորման փուլը հաղթահարել են 3-ը, իսկ հարցազրույցի փուլը հաղթահարել է Արթուր Խուդինյանը։
Մրցութային հանձնաժողովը ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարին է ներկայացրել Արթուր Խուդինյանին պաշտոնին նշանակելու առաջարկությունը, միաժամանակ թեկնածուի վերաբերյալ կոնսենսուսային կարծիք է ունեցել նաև խորհրդատվական-աշխատանքային հանձնաժողովը։
Խորհրդատվական-աշխատանքային հանձնաժողովում ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարի հրամանով ընդգրկված են եղել պետական մարմինների և հասարակական կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներ, ինչպես նաև դիտորդի կարգավիճակով ընդգրկված են եղել միջազգային կառույցների ներկայացուցիչներ։
