«Մենք ենք մեր սարերը» գործակալության համահիմնադիր, Արցախի նախկին պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է.
Վաղն Արցախն ամբողջությամբ հոսանքազրկված է լինելու: Այդ պատճառով կառավարության որոշմամբ անգամ ապրիլի 20-ի աշխատանքային օրն է տեղափոխվել: Հունվարի 9-ից ադրբեջանական վերահսկողության տակ գտնվող տարածքից անջատվել էր Հայաստանից դեպի Արցախ էներգասնուցումը, որը մինչև օրս վերականգնված չէ: Էներգամատակարարումն Արցախում իրականացվում է բացառապես ներքին սուղ ռեսուրսների հաշվին, որոնք անսպառ չեն, և ժամանակ առ ժամանակ խնդիրներ են առաջանում:
Արցախի բնակչությունը 128 օր շարունակ դիմակայում է ոչ միայն շրջափակման հետևանքով առաջացած բազմաթիվ ու բազմաբնույթ դժվարություններին, այլև՝ Ադրբեջանի կողմից հոգեբանական ահաբեկչությանը, Ալիևի ռեժիմի կողմից պարբերաբար հնչող ու գնալով ավելի ագրեսիվ բնույթ ստացող հռետորաբանությանը:
Մինչ միջազգային հանրությունը կոչ է անում անհապաղ բացել միջանցքը, վերականգնել Արցախ – Հայաստան կապը, նաև Բաքու–Ստեփանակերտ ուղիղ երկխոսություն սկսել միջազգային մեխանիզմների ներքո, Բաքվի ռեժիմի կողմից նորանոր սպառնալիքներ են հնչում:
Ոտնահարելով միջազգային իրավունքի բոլոր նորմերը և արհամարհելով միջազգային հանրության կողմից պարբերաբար հնչող կոչերը՝ Ադրբեջանը չի էլ թաքցնում, որ իր նպատակը Արցախը հայերից ազատելն է, 120 հազար բնիկ հայությանը, այդ թվում՝ 30 հազար երեխաներին իրենց հայրենիքից վտարելը, իրենց հայրենիքում ապրելու իրավունքից զրկելը:
