Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը շնորհավորական ուղերձներ է հղել Իսլամական հեղափոխության գերագույն առաջնորդ այաթոլլահ Սեյեդ Ալի Խամենեիին և Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության նախագահ Սեյեդ Էբրահիմ Ռայիսիին՝ իսլամական Ֆեթր տոնի առթիվ: Այս մասին մամուլի հաղորդագրություն է տարածել ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունը:
Վարչապետի՝ Իսլամական հեղափոխության գերագույն առաջնորդին ուղղված ուղերձում ասված է.

Շնորհավորանքիս ջերմ խոսքերն եմ հղում Ձեզ և բարեկամ Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության ժողովրդին ինքնամաքրման և ծոմապահության ավարտը խորհրդանշող Ֆեթր տոնի կապակցությամբ: Մաղթում եմ, որ այս լուսավոր տոնի խորհուրդը հարևան և բարեկամ Իրանի ժողովրդի անբաժան ուղեկիցը լինի:
Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարությունը և հայ ժողովուրդը մեծապես կարևորում են հազարամյակների պատմություն ունեցող հայ-իրանական ջերմ հարաբերությունները, որոնք այսօր ներկայանալով որպես քրիստոնեության և իսլամի արդյունավետ երկխոսության վառ օրինակ, առաջիկայում կնվաճեն նոր հորիզոններ՝ ի բարօրություն մեր ժողովուրդների և հանուն տարածաշրջանային կայունության:
Առիթը պատեհ համարելով՝ մաղթում եմ Ձեզ արևշատություն և քաջառողջություն, իսկ Իրանի ժողովրդին՝ հարատև խաղաղություն։

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի՝ Իրանի նախագահին ուղղված ուղերձում նշված է.

Ջերմորեն շնորհավորում եմ Ձեզ իսլամական սուրբ տոնի՝ Ֆեթրի կապակցությամբ: Թող այս տոնի բարեբերությունն ու օրհնությունները մշտապես ուղեկցեն հարևան և բարեկամ Իրանի ժողովրդին:
Հազարամյակների հարուստ պատմության վրա խարսխված և անշեղորեն զարգացող մեր երկկողմ հարաբերությունների առավել ամրապնդման համար այսօր առկա են բոլոր նախադրյալները: Լիահույս եմ, որ քաղաքական կամքի և կայուն փոխգործակցության շնորհիվ ականատեսը կլինենք մեր երկու երկրների համագործակցության ընդլայնման՝ հանուն հայ և իրանցի ժողովուրդների բարօրության և տարածաշրջանային անվտանգության:
