Իմիջիայլոց, Բաքվում կայացել է ադրբեջանական ՌՕՈՒ ներկայացուցիչների համատեղ վարժանքները ՆԱՏՕ-ի մասնագետների հետ:

ՆԱՏՕ-ի մասնագետները վերապատրաստման դասընթաց են անցկացրել «Ուղղաթիռների օգտագործումը մարտական գործողություններում» թեմայով:

Իսկ եթե հաշվի առնենք, որ պայմանական Արևմուտքը և Իսրայելը դիտարկում են Ադրբեջանը, որպես հիմնական «հարվածային» գործոն Իրանի դեմ, ապա ՆԱՏՕ + Ադրբեջան ակտիվ համագործակցությունը ավելի քան տրամաբանական է։
Ինչո՞ւ 
Արևելք֊Արևմուտք առճակատման ներքո կողմերի համար առանցքային նշանակություն ունի Իրանի և Ռուսաստանի  չեզոքացումը տարածաշրջանում, քանզի այդ պարագայում կոտրվում է լոգիստիկ «հին» ճարտարապետությունը Հարավ֊Հյուսիսային ուղղությամբ։

Ի դեպ , տխրահռչակ «Զանգեզուրի միջանքը» (ըստ էության Հայաստանի հարավի օկուպացիան) լրիվ համապատասխանում է արևմտյան վեկտորի ռազմավարական նպատակներին` ռուս֊իրանական ազդեցություն հատուկ նվազման ներքո:

Ասեմ ավելին, Արևմուտք֊Իրան ակնկալվող մարտադաշտը լինելու է Հայաստանի տարածքը և այս տարրական իրողությունը ավելորդ անգամ ապացուցում է , որ «թավշյա, ոչ բռնի» իշխանությունների հակահայկական նախագիծը Արցախի ոչնչացման հաշվին ստանալ Հայաստանի համար անվտանգություն պարզապես կարագացնի հենց Հայաստանի հանդեպ  գոյաբանական ռիսկերի կտրուկ աճը։

Բայց դե «թավշիստներին» դա հետաքրքիր չէ, քանզի իրենց  որոշումները թելադրում են հենց այն կենտրոններից, որոնք այսօր Բաքվում նախապատրաստում են ադրբեջանցիներին  Իրանի  դեմ առճակատման, բայց մեր երկրի տարածքում և մեր արյան գնով։
