Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեի (ԿԽՄԿ) աշխատակիցներն այցելել են ԼՂՀ պետական սահմանը հատելու և դիվերսիոն գործողություններ իրականացնելու համար ազատազրկված Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիներ Շահբազ Ջալալ օղլը Գուլիևին և Դիլհամ Գարդաշխան օղլը Ասքերովին: Ինչպես հաղորդում է Արմենպրեսը, այս մասին տեղեկացնում է ադրբեջանական «ԱՊԱ» գործակալությունը:

ԿԽՄԿ աշխատակիցների միջոցով ազատազրկվածները նամակներով և տեղեկությամբ են փոխանակվել ընտանիքի անդամների հետ:

ԼՂՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության, ԼՂՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության և ԼՂՀ ոստիկանությանհամապատասխան ստորաբաժանումների կողմից 2014 թվականի հուլիսի 11-ին ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզականմիջոցառումների արդյունքում ԼՂՀ Շահումյանի շրջանի տարածքում հայտնաբերվել և ձերբակալվել են պետական սահմանն ա պօրինաբար հատած Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիներ Շահբազ Ջալալ օղլը Գուլիևը (ծնվ.1968թ.) և ԴիլհամԳարդաշխան օղլը Ասքերովը (ծնվ. 1960թ.), ևս մեկ դիվերսանտ` Ադրբեջանի քաղաքացի Հասան Հասանովը (ծնվ.1978թ.)դիմադրություն ցույց տալու պատճառով ոչնչացվել է: Դիլհամ Ասկերովը դատապարտվեÕ ¬ է ցմահ, իսկ Շահբազ Գուլիևը՝ 22տարվա ազատազրկման՝ լրտեսության, առանց պատշաճ թույլտվության Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության պետականսահմանը հատելու, ապօրինի կերպով հրազեն և ռազմամթերք կրելու, մարդուն բացահայտ առևանգելու և սպանության համար։
