ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունն իր պաշտոնական կայքում հրապարակել է ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի 2015 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 28-ի հրամանագրերը, որոնց համաձայն՝ ՀՀ Նախագահը որոշել է՝

պետական կառավարման համակարգում երկարամյա բարեխիղճ գործունեության համար Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարարի տեղակալ Շավարշ Միքայելի Քոչարյանին պարգևատրել «Հայրենիքին մատուցած ծառայությունների համար» 2-րդ աստիճանի մեդալով,

Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցին նվիրված միջոցառումների կազմակերպման աշխատանքներին ցուցաբերած գործուն աջակցության համար Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարարի տեղակալ Կարեն Արշակի Նազարյանին պարգևատրել «Հայրենիքին մատուցած ծառայությունների համար» 2-րդ աստիճանի մեդալով,

պետական կառավարման համակարգում երկարամյա բարեխիղճ գործունեության համար Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարարության գլխավոր քարտուղար, աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Շահեն Գրիգորի Ավագյանին պարգևատրել «Հայրենիքին մատուցած ծառայությունների համար» 2-րդ աստիճանի մեդալով,

Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցին նվիրված միջոցառումների կազմակերպման և անցկացման աշխատանքներին ցուցաբերած գործուն աջակցության համար Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարարության պետական արարողակարգի ծառայության տնօրեն Վարդան Մուշեղի Ասոյանինին պարգևատրել Երախտագիտության մեդալով:

«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը հրամանագրերն ստորագրել է՝ ղեկավարվելով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Սահմանադրության 55-րդ հոդվածի 16-րդ կետով և հիմք ընդունելով «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պետական պարգևների և պատվավոր կոչումների մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքը։
