Ցեղասպանությունն ամբողջ մարդկության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործություն է։
108 տարի առաջ հայերի նկատմամբ իրականացված հանցագործության նկատմամբ անտարբերությունն ու անպատժելիությունը նոր հանցագործություններ ծնեցին։ Հայոց Մեծ Եղեռնից 108 տարի անց կրկին ականատեսն ենք հերթական ցեղասպանության ու էթնիկ զտման բացահայտ փորձերի, ինչը թե՛ 1915 թվականի, և թե՛ այլ ցեղասպանությունների չդատապարտման ու իրերն իրենց անուններով չկոչելու արդյունք է։
Հայատյաց Թուրքիան այսօր էլ իր անվերապահ աջակցությունն ու անմիջական մասնակցությունն է ցուցաբերում ոչ պակաս ցեղասպան Ադրբեջանի հայատյաց քաղաքականությանը։
Եվ դա տեղի է ունենում «խաղաղության դարաշրջանում», որի մասին քարոզողներն առնվազն պետք է վերանայեն թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմի իրական նպատակներն ու մեկընդմիշտ արձանագրեն՝ ոճրագործությունները ներում չունեն, ներվելու դեպքում՝ կրկնվում են։
Բայց ինչպես և մեկ դար առաջ, այսօր էլ հայ ժողովրդի՝ իր հողում ապրելու կամքն անբեկանելի է։ Եվ հենց այդ կամքն ու ցանկությունը պետք է լինեն նոր ցեղասպանությունների կանխարգելման հիմքը, միջոցն ու ուղին. Հայաստանն ու Արցախն այսօր պետք է հզորանան առավել, քան երբևէ։ Մենք կարող ենք և պարտավոր ենք տեր կանգնել մեր հողին ու մեր արժեքներին։
