Lուրջ մտահոգություն ենք հայտնում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորակազմի պատասխանատվության գոտում, հայ-ադրբեջանական շփման գծում առկա, ինչպես նաև պաշտոնական Բաքվի և Երևանի միջև երկխոսության վերաբերյալ իրավիճակի առնչությամբ։ Այս մասին ասված է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ հայտարարությունում:

«Ծայրահեղ մտահոգությամբ ենք արձանագրում հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտման դեպքերի և տարաբնույթ միջադեպերի աճ, ինչը պարբերաբար երկու կողմից հանգեցնում է զոհերի։ Ոչ պակաս վտանգավոր ենք համարում Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի հանրային տիրույթում մեղադրական և ագրեսիվ հռետորաբանության աճը։

Ապրիլի 23-ի իրադարձությունների վերջին զարգացման համատեքստում հատկապես ընդգծում ենք ցանկացած միակողմանի քայլի անընդունելիությունը, որը խախտում է Ռուսաստանի, Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի ղեկավարների 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության հիմնական դրույթները. խոսքը Լաչինի միջանցքի շահագործման ռեժիմի չհամակարգված փոփոխության մասին է, կամ այն խաղաղության օրակարգին չհամապատասխանող նպատակներով օգտագործելու փորձերի մասին։

Կոչ ենք անում կողմերին անհապաղ վերադառնալ առկա պայմանավորվածություններին։ Մենք ելնում ենք նրանից, որ ամեն դեպքում տեղի բնակչությունը չպետք է տուժի և նրանց կենսագործունեության  համար խոչընդոտներ չպետք է ստեղծվեն։

Մենք կարծում ենք, որ ծագած խնդիրներից շատերը Ռուսաստանի, Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի ղեկավարների միջև եռակողմ պայմանավորվածությունների հիմնական ուղղություններով`հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանի սահմանազատման գործընթացի մեկնարկը և Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև խաղաղության պայմանագրի պարամետրերի համաձայնեցումը, բանակցային գործընթացում երկար ամիսների անգործության և առաջընթացի բացակայության հետևանք են: Հուսով ենք, որ Բաքուն և Երևանը քաղաքական կամք կդրսևորեն և առաջիկայում կկարողանան հաղթահարել այդ բացասական միտումը։

Ռուսական կողմը պատրաստ է ամբողջ անհրաժեշտ օգնությունը ցուցաբերել իրեն մտերիմ Ադրբեջանին և Հայաստանին, ինչպես քաղաքական մակարդակում, այնպես էլ «տեղում»՝  ռուսական խաղապահ զորակազմի հրամանատարության մասնակցությամբ։

Մենք նաև զգուշացնում ենք արտաքին արևմտյան խաղացողներին և տեղական ռուսաֆոբ տարրերին, որոնք աշխատում են իրենց պատեհապաշտ օրակարգի վրա, զերծ մնալ իրավիճակը սրելու փորձերից, այդ թվում՝ Ռուսաստանի դեմ նվաստացնող արշավի միջոցով», - ասված է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ հայտարարությունում:

Հիշեցնենք, որ նախօրեին Ադրբեջանը հայտարարել էր, որ Հայաստանն Արցախին կապող ճանապարհին հսկիչ անցագրային կետ է տեղակայել:
