Ապրիլի 24-ին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանն ընդունել է Ֆրանսիայի Սենատի անդամ, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հարցով խմբի հիմնադիր և նախագահ Բրունո Ռըտայոյի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը, որի կազմում էր նաև Ֆրանսիա-Հայաստան բարեկամական խմբի նախագահ Ժիլբեր-Լյուկ Դըվինազը:
Տեղեկացնում են ՀՀ ԱԳՆ–ից։
Զրուցակիցները քննարկել են տարածաշրջանային անվտանգությանը և կայունությանը վերաբերող հարցեր:
Արարատ Միրզոյանը երախտագիտություն է հայտնել ՀՀ համար կարևորություն ունեցող հարցերում հատկապես 2020թ. 44-օրյա պատերազմից ի վեր Ֆրանսիայի, այդ թվում՝ Սենատի կողմից արտահայտվող համերաշխության ու սկզբունքային դիրքորոշումների համար: Նախարարը կարևորել է Ֆրանսիայի շարունակական ներգրավվածության ու ջանքերի անհրաժեշտությունը՝ ընդգծելով Հարավային Կովկասում երկարատև խաղաղության և կայունության հասնելու համար բոլոր առկա խնդիրները առանց ուժի կամ ուժի սպառնալիքի կիրառման լուծելու հրամայականը:
Բրունո Ռըտայոն ներկայացրել է նախօրեին Լաչինի միջանցք իր այցելությունն ու արված եզրահանգումները:
Երկուստեք անդրադարձ է կատարվել Լաչինի միջանցքի ապօրինի արգելափակման հետևանքով ստեղծված իրավիճակին: Անընդունելի են համարվել Լաչինի միջանցքում Ադրբեջանի կողմից անցակետի ապօրինի տեղադրմանն ուղղված քայլերը, որոնք միտված են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ժողովրդին էթնիկ զտման ենթարկելուն: Նախարար Միրզոյանը նշել է, որ դրա բացահայտ դրսևորումն են նաև Ադրբեջանում ամենաբարձր մակարդակով հնչող՝ հայերի նկատմամբ ատելության խոսքը, ինչպես նաև հայկական պատմամշակութային ու կրոնական ժառանգության ոչնչացումը:
Հայոց ցեղասպանության 108-րդ տարելիցի կապակցությամբ ընդգծվել է ցեղասպանության ու մարդկության դեմ ուղղված նոր հանցագործությունների կանխարգելման հրամայականը:
Հանդիպմանը քննարկվել են նաև Հայաստանի և Ֆրանսիայի միջև՝ երկու ժողովուրդների ընդհանուր արժեքների ու պատմական բարեկամության վրա հիմնված երկկողմ համագործակցությանը, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ-ԵՄ գործընկերության օրակարգին վերաբերող հարցեր:
