Ադրբեջանի գործողությունները ԼՂ հայությանը վերացնելու քայլեր են. ՄԱԿ-ում ՀՀ ներկայացուցչի ելույթը

Ապրիլի 24-ին ՄԱԿ Անվտանգության խորհրդում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության արտաքին գործերի նախարարի նախագահությամբ տեղի է ունեցել քննարկում՝ «Միջազգային խաղաղության և անվտանգության պահպանությունը․ Արդյունավետ բազմակողմանիությունը ՄԱԿ կանոնադրության սկզբունքների պաշտպանության միջոցով» (Maintenance of international peace and security: Effective multilateralism through the defense of the principles of the UN Charter) թեմայով։ Ելույթներով հանդես են եկել ՄԱԿ Գլխավոր քարտուղարը և մի շարք ՄԱԿ անդամ-երկրների ներկայացուցիչներ։ՄԱԿ-ում Հայաստանի մշտական ներկայացուցիչ Մհեր Մարգարյանը, իր ելույթում անդրադառնալով հայ ժողովրդի համար ապրիլի 24-ի խորհրդին, ընդգծել է, որ Հայոց ցեղասպանության փաստը վկայում է նաև, որ ամուր բազմակողմ կառույցների բացակայության և միջազգային կանոնակարգի ճգնաժամի պայմաններում կարող են տեղի ունենալ ամենասարսափելի ոճրագործությունները, գրում է 1lurer.am-ը։
Ներկայացնելով Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության դեմ Ադրբեջանի շարունակական ագրեսիվ գործողությունները և միջազգային իրավունքի ու միջազգային հումանիտար իրավունքի ոտնահարումները՝ Հայաստանի մշտական ներկայացուցիչն ընդգծել է, որ, նախորդ տարվա դեկտեմբերից սկսած, Ադրբեջանը շրջափակման մեջ է պահում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ժողովրդին և հրաժարվում է իրականացնել Արդարադատության միջազգային դատարանի փետրվարի 22-ի վճիռը։
Նշվել է, որ Լաչինի միջանցքով ազատ և անարգել տեղաշարժը ոչ միայն չի վերականգնվում արդեն չորս ամիս, այլ նաև ապրիլի 23-ից Ադրբեջանը տեղադրել է անցակետ՝ 2020թ․ նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության դրույթների և Արդարադատության միջազգային դատարանի վճռի կոպիտ խախտումով։
Նշելով, որ ՄԱԿ կառույցները, այդ թվում` Անվտանգության խորհուրդը, քանիցս զգուշացվել են, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում ահագնացող ճգնաժամը կարող է վերածվել հումանիտար աղետի՝ դեսպան Մարգարյանը շեշտել է միջազգային հանրության կողմից Լեռնային Ղարաբաղին հումանիտար աջակցության տրամադրման անհրաժեշտությունը։
Ընդգծվել է, որ Ադրբեջանի գործողությունները Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հայությանը ամբողջությամբ կամ մասնակի վերացնելու նպատակուղղված քայլեր են։
ՀՀ մշտական ներկայացուցիչը համոզմունք է հայտնել, որ էթնիկ ու ազգային հողի վրա իրականացվող Ադրբեջանի ոճրագործությունները չունեն վաղեմության ժամկետ, և նման հանցագործություններ կատարողները պետք է պատասխանատվության ենթարկվեն, ներառյալ` միջազգային քրեական արդարադատության միջոցով։
