2023թ. հունվար-մարտ ամիսներին ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության կողմից ՀՀ պետական իրավասու տարբեր մարմիններին փոխանցվել է 287 նյութ, որոնց հիման վրա նախաձեռնվել է 98 քրեական վարույթ։ Հայտնում են ՀՀ ԱԱԾ մամուլի կենտրոնից։
Տնտեսական ոլորտում իրականացված խախտումների վերաբերյալ ՀՀ պետական իրավասու մարմիններ է ուղարկվել 66 նյութ, որոնց մի մասը դեռ գտնվում է քննության փուլում, դրանցից 19-ը՝ պաշտոնական դիրքի չարաշահումների և յուրացումների, 33-ը՝ տնտեսական գործունեության զանազան խախտումների, այդ թվում՝ մաքսանենգ կամ կեղծ ապրանքագրերով ներմուծումների, ինչպես նաև հարկերից և տուրքերից խուսափումների, 10-ը՝ աշխատավարձի տրամադրում իրականում չաշխատող անձի, 4-ը՝ փոխհատուցման անօրինական տրամադրումների մասին։
Թմրանյութերի և հոգեմետ նյութերի անօրինական շրջանառության ոլորտում իրականացված խախտումների վերաբերյալ ՀՀ պետական իրավասու մարմիններ է ուղարկվել 23 նյութ, որոնց մի մասը դեռ գտնվում է քննության փուլում, դրանցից 17-ը՝ թմրանյութերի և հոգեմետ նյութերի մաքսանենգ ներմուծման, կամ իրացման, 6-ը՝ թմրանյութերի կամ հոգեմետ նյութերի անօրինական օգտագործման վերաբերյալ։
Նշված ժամանակաշրջանում ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական գլխավոր վարչության քննիչների վարույթում եղել են 524 քրեական վարույթներ, որոնցից վարչության քննիչների կողմից նախաձեռնվել է 140 քրեական վարույթ, 39 քրեական վարույթ ստացվել է այլ մարմիններից, վերսկսվել է 53 քրեական վարույթ, իսկ թվով 292 քրեական վարույթ փոխանցվել է 2022 թվականից:
Հաշվետու ժամանակաշրջանում քննչական գլխավոր վարչության վարույթում քննված քրեական վարույթներից դատարան է ուղարկվել 30 քրեական վարույթ` 46 անձանց նկատմամբ, կարճվել է 18-ը, 143 քրեական վարույթ ուղարկվել է ըստ քննչական ենթակայության, 35 քրեական վարույթ միացվել է վարչությունում քննվող այլ քրեական վարույթների, 298 քրեական վարույթների նախաքննությունը շարունակվել է:
Հիշյալ ժամանակահատվածում ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական գլխավոր վարչությունում նախաձեռնված և քննված քրեական վարույթներով, ըստ նախնական գնահատման, հանցագործությամբ պատճառված ընդհանուր վնասի չափը կազմել է 10.739.734.946 ՀՀ դրամ, որից պետությանը պատճառված նախնական վնասի չափը կազմել է 10.694.183.325 ՀՀ դրամ, իրավաբանական անձանցը` 38.591.621 ՀՀ դրամ, իսկ ֆիզիկական անձանցը` 6.960.000 ՀՀ դրամ:
Ընդ որում, նշվածներից նախաքննության փուլում վերականգնվել է պետությանը պատճառած վնասից 43.036.149 ՀՀ դրամը:
